We went to Subaru in Plano yesterday and everything was great until this manager, John, showed up to negotiate the price with us. I told my sales from the begining that I won`t buy the car today only test drive, coz I`m waiting for my bonus which may be deposited to my account in the end of this month. However, his Manager, John, showed up from no where and told us that if I don`t order one today, I won`t be able to ... view moreget a white Forester in several months. While he was talking to me in their fancy break room, he barely looked at me. The most of time, he turned his face to the LCD TV and acted like he did not give us a shxt. First of all, who would believe it? If I place the order two wks later, I won`t get a white one in many many months? It was unbelievable. The 2014 version just came out. Beside, if I really have to wait for it, i`m fine, too. The point is I would like to use my bonus as the down payment. He did not care about what a client thought and really needs. He just wanted to play games and sell it. Second, if I have to spend a lot of money to buy something, this was totally not the services and attitudes that I should get. it will be better to go to the other Subaru dealers instead of these game players.

Outstanding!

They work after hours to accommodate customers. They go above and beyond which is very impressive. The sales agent was friendly and casual in his style, yet professional and not pushy. Subaru of Plano is outstanding!

Vacation!

I have never been treated so well while getting an oil change. I had a delicious cup of coffee to drink. I had a free snack to nibble on. They gave me the remote to the TV and I sat on a comfortable couch. The best part of the whole thing was at the end of the oil change when I was checking out, it cost me less than 20 dollars! Fantastic place to come take a break from life and get your car worked on!

upfront and courteous

Keep sales people like Chris Culbertson. I gave this dealership 2 tries before I got paired up with Chris, both times I did not feel like going back. The only reason I came back was because the dealership is so close to me. Chris was very upfront and courteous. I will go back to him to buy a car.

Helpful and Wise

The knowledge that my car is having quality service and knowing that they will not try to suggest repairs that are not necessary. I have come to this dealership since I purchased my Subaru and am extremely pleased with their service.
