DO NOT USE STAR CUSTOMS!!!

Star Customs damaged my alpine navigation touchscreen when doing a diagnostic on my rear back up lights. After I noticed the 1"" scrap on the screen I confronted them. They`ve not done anything about it, and continue to ignore me. This place is not worth going to. They`re unprofessional, with many bad reviews online! I wished I inquired about them before going there.

Warning...Do not use these Guy`s.

Took my 08 3500 4 X 4 to have Bushwacker fender flares put on. Upon inspection I discovered two of the fender flares had not been installed properly. They took my truck back in their shop and it appeared they had solved the issues. A few days later one of the flares came loose. I took my truck back and ask if someone could fix the one flare that had come loose. I could not believe it...They told me that they would no... view moret even come out and look at the problem and that I had to make an appointment before they would even give it a look. Any reputable place would immediatlely fix the problem and satisfy the customer. Not the case with these Guys. Conclusion...Warning ...Do not use Star Customs...They are very unprofessional and dont know what they are doing.

WOW... you can get just about anything here for your car.

These guys are the accessory kings in Austin. Just about anything you can want for your vehicle. I`ve used them for my last 5 new car and truck purchases for custom wheels, tires, and audio components. They have things you didn`t even know you needed until you go there. It`s like a candy store for car nuts..
