I have been using Smith Automo...

I have been using Smith Automotive in Katy TX since 1999. The service is great and at an honest price. The best thing about Smith Auto is they DO NOT try to up-sale you like all the other places! As a woman, I always felt at a huge disadvantage whenever taking my cars in for service...I felt like I paid way too much for things I really did not need...I never left a service center feeling good about being there!... view more At Smith Auto I really felt like they were taking care of the problem and not trying to find (create) other things to pad up the final bill. I get a warm friendly feeling when dealing with Smith Auto and feel confident they are taking care of my car in an honest and professional manner. So in closing I will say that in my 13 years of using Smith Auto (for everything from engine work to oil changes), I have NEVER felt over charged or sales-pressured and have always been satisfied with the service I received.

Awesome Mechanic

We only use this guy - Brian Smith is the BEST!! Very reasonable and always guarantees his work. He serviced my truck last month and I wanted to make sure he gets a good review.

Excellent!!!

Smith`s Auto is great. The service was perfect and the owner was extremely down to earth. He listened to our situation and did his best to make a bad situation better. I will continue to use him.
