Never delivers

I have gone to Cartek on College I bought an in-dash and it was the worst experience ever.... to start off they sold me the unit as new and and instead they gave me a refurbished unit, I also had it installed. They told me that the installation would take 1 to 2 hours instead it took over 6 hours. A month later the in-dash stopped working; when I bought it they told me it had a one year warranty. I went back to Car... view moretek to have the radio checked ... but they told me that I would have to pay $89.99 to have it warrantied ..... it pissed me off that i would have to pay so much for it but i had already spent over $400.00 so I went ahead and had them send it off to the company they told me it would take 2-4 weeks because they did not have a replacement it`s been six months and over 30 calls and the lady that takes care of the warranties can not give me an answer instead they are very rude.... I have called the manufacture and they do not charge for repairs if it under warranty with receipt .. all i would have to pay is shipping and that would only run about $20.00 .... when i went to try to just get my radio they where very rude and they had me waiting for over 2 hours and still i have nothing except a hole in my pocket that was made @ cartek til this day i have no radio !!!!!

best place for good deals

ive been going there for years ive gotten all my audio systems sence i got my first car i just got my indash touch screen installed this past weekend they have great deals on everything u are lookin for

The best for a low price!

Great service, excellent porducts, great prices! What else could you ask for? I had them install my alarm, my Pioneer 4000dvd, and everything works smoothly.

Best selection in JL Audio anywhere, and good customer service even if your on a budget!!!

Ive been to the Cartek on College and its a small place but they got a great selection of radios, subs,especially JL Audio,and great customer service. I recently purchased a solo baric l5 15`` and it was cheap!!!! I highly recommend any body that is looking for high quality audio that goes easy on your wallet, any Cartek should do it.......... Once again thankx Cartek!!!
