If you have a nice car or any car at all stay away from these dirty mechanics, these guys broke parts in my car and left screws out after repairs.!!! And when I confronted him about this he lied and said someone eles must have worked on my car !!!! Also after spending $500 with this monkey he did not fix the problem and would not give me the money back. Save your money...This guy is ...

Save your money...This guy is dishonest, It started out with me needing a inspection sticker, (Monday) he tells me he cant pass me with A 350 Dollar mass air flow sensor can fix it. I bite and he installs the part asks me to drive for 50 miles to see if SES light come back. (Tuesday) Light comes back, He tells me that a 350 dollar plus labor 547 Canister can solve my problem so I bite he orders Parts. (Wednesday) H... view moree calls for me to bring my car in and leave it with him so he can Install the parts and take the mass air flow sensor back. I leave car with him and get a ride to pick up my car after work, I see my car on the lift and he tells me that the Canister he ordered is not complete and that 2 more parts are needed to complete the part. I ask him how much that will cost he says the parts are the same price as the Canister, So parts alone would cost 700 Dollars. He sees i am not taking the bait and offers that he could just order the pump and the hose that attach to the canister and install those parts onto my old Canister and this will solve my problem. He lets me know that this would be the same price as original offer 547.00 I say OK he orders parts gives me my car back. (Thursday) I am at work and start to think why would the hose and the pump cost just as much as the Canister (350 Dollars) plus labor 547 total, So I call to check prices turns out the Hose and Pump only total 180 ? what he told me it will be 350 same price as Canister. I dial him up and tell him of my findings he acts shocked and tells me he will check with his parts people and call me back. Ring Ring its the shop he tells me i am right and that my price for this work has dropped and now its 305 instead of the 547 he was going to charge me. ( Friday) he calls and has the parts I go in he installs the parts charges me the 305 and tells me to drive the car for 50 miles and see if the S light comes back. (Saturday) the light is back on and I hear a rattle in my hood. I open it up and see the mass air flow sensor is loos and that the clamp to hold my airfilter in place is broke. (Monday) I go to the shop tell him this is ridicules and I would like him to take his parts and give me my money back sins he cant fix the car, He dose not give me money and tells me he did what he could and that if I spend another 350 dollars plus labor 420 dollars he can fix the problem. I let him know that this is wrong and he broke my clamp and I would like that fixed and just cut my ties and move to a more honest mechanic he tells me that he did not break the clamp and that I broke it lol. anyways after spending 400 dollars with this guy I still don`t have a inspection sticker and my car is exactly the same as before I walked into his shop. I have filed a Claim with my bank and will also take this to court. Please save your money people and go to a real mechanic or ask a friend or family if they have used a good mechanic.

Lying mechanics! When I took my vehicle to RELIABLE AUTOMOTIVE for state inspection. After a short discussion between two guys in the shop, they told me it would not pass inspection because the car needed front brakes and rotors. They quote the problem as &quot;metal to metal&quot;. And I was asked to change the rotor and the pad. Actually I just tried to change my pad two weeks ago and I found the pad at lea... view morest has 2/3 of thickness on it so I just put back the wheel and return the pads to Autozone. After I told them this, their story changed to that my rotor has some ridge so my car failed to stop. The cars need to stop whithin some distance at 30mph. I know my rotor has some ridge but my car stop firmly without and vibration or noise. I just didn`t trust them so I directly took my car to another inspection station. My car passed without a sigle problme! I went back to office and check the texas DPS website, and I found the criteria is that the car needs to stop whithin 25ft at 20mph. So I tested my car, it definitely stopped less than 20ft. Then I called them, I didn`t tell them I checked DPS code, I just told them my car can stop shorter than 25ft at 20mph why they failed my car. The guy said it need to be 30mph, and I told him I checked the DPS website it`s 20mph, then he said, oh, it`s 25 yards instead of 25 feet. And I had to educate him that yard is longer than foot.... And I told them my car passed inspection in another place. That guy`s story changed again..... I will never go back to that place, and I will ask my colleague not to go although it`s close to my company. One star is the lowest rating allowed, otherwise, I will give no star.

Great customer service

Great customer service... resenable price.. i went to many shops and the didn`t find my car right this guy fixed my car and towed it for FREE!! GREAT PEROPLE, GREAT SERVICE.
