The WORST customer service I have ever encountered. The owner, Shannon, is very rude. I paid $428 upfront and Patty ordered the wind shield for my car, and set appt for 2 days later. Then she calls to explain that she ordered the wrong part even though I provided the correct VIN #. Mistake was caught only after the broken windshield was removed at time of appt. He(shannon), then gets on phone and says that he got stuck with a $400 wind shield he can`t use, called me a liar because I didn`t provide car info to get the right part. I told him Patty took VIN # and should have ordered part according to that. The yelled at me to pick up my car and go somewhere else. He said he is the owner/manager and didn`t want to deal with this, said he was the &amp;quot;final say so &amp;quot;. When I asked about the wind shield he yelled he would put the old one back on. I wonder if it is safe to put a broken wind shield back on. Truthfully, I wonder how hard would it have been for him to return the wrong windshield and get the right one.? He yelled at me that he was already out $400 and hung up on me. I had to call back to ask when I could pick up my car, broken wind shield and all, and when I could get my money back. Jackie was nice and told me when. They will be fixing my windshield only because we are unable to drive car that way and had to pay for frieght of new wind shield, an extra 73.00 more.

I called the 432-524-4495 (an Andrews #) around the November 20, 2012 and was told that the installer would call the week on December 10, 2012 to arrange a time to install a glass in my mobile home. When I called back on December 18,2012 to find out what the problem was, The young lady that answered the phone said, "We do not go to Andrews". I explained the conversation that I had with Patty and the convers... view moreation that Patty had with Mike (the installer) while I was on the phone. The young lady continued to deny that the conversation happened...Poor business ethics if you ask me. The yound lady finally called me back and said, "Mike remembers something about that but he said, "we were too busy right now to go to Andrews".
