Is good as far as tote the note places go
I bought a Tahoe from them in May 2008 and it had problems right away that they said they would fix then told me to use my warrenty when i brouht it in ($200.00) which was kinda a rip off seeing how the problem began the day I left the lott. I can say there are some possative sides to this place such as the sales man was pretty cool and I got what I wanted as far as the truck I bought. I dont really likethe GPS in th... view moree truck but I understand it is because they lend to high risk buyers so they are protecting themselves. I think it is a good place for what it is I will pay off in two yrs and the warrenty is great ! If you are good credit you can buy anywhere but if you must go to a tote the note they are pretty good.

Best experience ever...
This was the best experience that I ever had buying a car. No pushy people there they gave me exactly what I wanted. I got into a car with only 500. Everyone else said that i needed 1500 to 2000. They worked with me really well. I will never buy from another dealer. I also will send my friends and family to get that referral money.

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST PLACE TO BUY A VEHICLE FROM MY EXPERIENCE AT HERITAGE HAS BEEN SO AWFULL THAT I TRADED MY CAR IN THAT I GOT FROM HERITAGE AUTO SALES TO DRIVERS SELECT. HERITAGE AUTO SALES IS A FRAUD VEHICLE COMPANY!!!!!! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!! Avoid Buying A Vehicle from This Place!!!!!!!!!!!
Like 90% of customer there i will never buy a car from them again they are horrible, they have bad sales representation, the sales personel tells you one thing to get the sale then the owner or the office manager will come in there and tell you different and make you believe that they will change it and they never do and have no communication with the girls up at the front, Sarah and Susanna seem to be the only ones ... view morein that company who will do what they said they would do for you and make you feel like a person and not just another customer. One more important thing you should know is that they can tractking, that has a GPS and they can shut your vehicle down at any time they please, which the sales personnal or manger never tell you about, they make you think its a car alarm (anti-theft device or a pymt reminder). Another thing is they will add about $350 to $400 to your payoff if you trade the vehicle or your are paying it off, even after they take off the PassTime Unit they will still try to charge you extra, they will give you all shorts of excuses, we have to get it from the bank, its a tax that we did not put on your contract that we miss. PLEASE BE VERY AWARE OF THIS!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THERE ITS NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS AFTER YOU DO!!!!!!!!
