Bad Experience

I had bad experience with Williams Auto Salvage. He sold me a faulty engine part with warranty on it but the part did not work properly so when I returned it back he started excuses and said I did not installed it right or something happened after installation..... next time I am not going to buy form him.

Run , fast

worse place to do business with, sell you bad parts, will lie ,lie lie, lie, don`t want to refund your money. Did not want to give 1 star but have to click a star before proceeding.

BAD AMORAL PEOPLE lied to me and provided a non-working part

I bought a transmission. They told me it would be delivered by UPS. It wasn`t. It was delivered by some freight company I had never heard of. They told me 3-5 days for delivery (on a Thursday, so he said it will be there by Monday). It didn`t arrive until Friday, and they didn`t seem to care that they lied about it.

I asked, how do I know the transmission is OK. They said it is warranted for 6 months. T... view morehey told me it only had 35k on it, and it should be fine.

After all the delivery hassles, I had the transmission installed; it didn`t work. They have made no effort to help me. They should immediately refund the money or send a working replacement. I could have had my present transmission rebuilt for less than the cost of what is now going to happen.
