Jersey Village V.W. AVOID!
DO NOT buy a car from this dealership. Shedrick Donnette said that he was getting me an add-on accessory at ""cost"". We assumed that this accessory came with the car since the car that was traded in had this on it. The ""cost"" he gave is what West Houston V.W. charges retail. When I provided this information to Mr. Donnette, he became very defensive and quite rude stating that West Houston V.W.`s price structure mu... view morest be different. It is sad that instead of being honest and insuring the total satisfaction of the buyer...Mr. Donnette would rather upset a repeat customer and tarnish the reputation of the entire dealership.

Mixed opinions
This dealership never ceases to ""concern"" me. When my Grandma bought her Tiguan a few years ago, her experience was flawless. This year, I bought my car (which is a relatively rare model VW). I thought that I was getting a good deal on a certified pre loved car with low miles. Upon getting it home, we realized that the reflector was coming out and we took it to the main location on Richmond (Mom and Grandma both do... view more business there with their VW`s and haven`t had issues). The service man told us that he couldn`t fix it, because it had been WRECKED! This was never put on the CarFax report (Not JV`s fault, but the prior dealership`s out of state). We found some more minor issues, including the fact that the maintenance reminder said that it needed an oil change/maintenance. The manager was very cooperative and said it would all be done. I got the car back, and the maintenance light was off.. So I trusted him. My husband had a hunch that the oil had never been changed so he called the service dept. The rep said that they never did it and just ""turned the light off"". So we had to do that ourselves. According to the co, part of certifying a car is doing all maintenance and having it UTD before selling it. So, is my car really certified? We love our new car, and probably will not find another one in that edition or with the features. The sales process was fine, but my husband is upset because we feel that other dealership should have told the truth about it being wrecked (which this one DID fix, thankfully) but, a proper customer service experience starts with truthfulness and we didn`t have that here.

best service dept.
This is the best dealership I have been to. I never have any problems making an appt and Scott is always sure to ask if I need a shuttle if I am waiting on a repair to be done. I will not take my vw anywhere else.

Professional, Polite and Informative!!!
I just wanted to let everyone know about my experience with this dealership, since I all I can find is negative feedback. My salesperson Stephen was great. He was very professional, polite and informative. In addition, I had a very positive experience in the finance area. I can not think of the nice ladies name who helped us, but again, she was professional, polite and informative. Best VW Dealer in Town
After shopping for a car, I can tell you a few horrible stories about pushy salesmen...but I worked with the internet sales department at Jersey Village VW and they were able to give me a very great price quote within 10 mis. They had the car ready when I arrived. The sales person really took his time explaining the vehicles features. Very Pleasant shopping experience!!!

repaird same fault 5 times before warrenty out now want big$
After having the same problem repaired under warranty 5 times by replacing the same part I was informed that this time the dealership needed to try a more expensive repair to correct the problem. It was my surprise to learn that this much more expensive repair will not be covered under warranty even though the 5 previous attempts to repair the problem have failed. I spoke with the service manager (David Mizler) who s... view moreaid there was nothing that he could do to help because the VW was out of warranty. I requested that the service manager discuss this with VW America but he has failed to do so or to inform me that he has done so.
I wonder if they charged VW America good money for the 5 bogus repairs because it was easy to pass that kind of repair charge to them and now want continue the revenue stream by charging me with a large repair cost that could not be passed on to VW before the warranty expired.

Bad Service, Long Waits, RUDE cashier
Even though I bought my car from this dealership, their service dept. is very hard to deal with. Especially with today`s economy, you would think they would appreciate customers and be more eager to help.It`s like trying to get a doctor`s appontment just to get your car serviced.....always at their convience, not yours. Long waits, they try to sell you extended warranties, but don`t honor them. Send you away with onl... view morey partial work done due to having to order parts. Then send the parts back because you didn`t call them in enough time....even though they never contact you to let you know it is in.....Service Manager will not return calls or emails. Number one reason I will not use this location: The extremely rude, snippy cashier. Forget it. DON`T USE THIS DEALER!! The cars are OK, The service will make you so mad you will scream.

Best Vw Dealership in the city!
My Grandma was recently looking for a new suv and I suggested that she look at a Vw because, afterall, I have one. I called this dealership because it was the closest. Matt Stevens, Internet Manager took the call and was able to give us in depth information on a Tiguan of the color that she was searching for. She was deciding between a :cough!: Ford Escape, and the TIguan. He never pressured us like other dealerships... view more will do. He simply allowed time for her to make her decision and went out of his way to not only show her the car, but to let us test drive another one for her. She eventually decided on the Tiguan and she received a good deal out of it. I believe that this dealership should receive the Wolfsburg Crest Award for dealer excellence. Matt, also should receive some recognition because he is excellent at what he does over there. For service, I will definitely bring my Jetta over there, should the necessity arise. I do not know how the other Momentum continually wins the award because the best Vw dealership is right there in Jersey Village!
