I was a Skeptic. Reading the only review made me question taking my vehicle here but I was referred by a co-worker and took a chance. I?ˆ™m going to be honest because I believe that this business deserves a review that highlights it. I only dealt with Mr. Munoz [Alex] directly and he took care of me immediately. I cannot express how quick the process was and how quickly I had my car up and running. The fact that I did... view moren?ˆ™t have a vehicle to take me to work was unfortunate but considering they took my car in on Friday morning and I had my car ready by Monday afternoon was a relief. Now, I chose to not go through my insurance because it was not worth them deeming it a total loss and I took a gamble and let me say how great the service was. Not only did they deliver my car to me at my job they made sure I was completely satisfied by calling me a couple days later to make sure all was running smoothly. I have referred my mother and my sisters who were recently involved in accidents and let me just say they were equally as impressed. There have been changes in management but knowing that the owner, Mr. Munoz is involved and pretty hands on gives me peace of mind when referring my family and friends.

I had my car fixed (well it was supposed to be fixed) here and they were horrible. The manager Brian was very rude. At first, he was very nice but once he had the car in the body shop he wouldn`t return phone calls and they kept my car for a longer period of time than they were supposed to.
