NO NO NO NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Literally had my car for 6 weeks and returned it dirty. They did "repairs" that weren`t required and were very hard to deal with...They couldn`t even find my keys when I went to pick up my car and then I realized they keep all of the cars in a lot with the keys in the car...anyone could have come and snagged my car during the lengthy period. These people are incompetent and rude! No ide... view morea of how inconvenient they are to people who pay thousands of dollars....

I wouldn`t even give this shop one star, but at least one is required in order to post. Under no circumstances would I recommend this body shop. After having my vehicle for far too long the mechanical issues and body damage were still not fixed. We had to take it elsewhere to be completed. A simple hood dent was even repainted by them without having removed the dent. They were a nightmare to deal with...incompet... view moreent and dishonest. The vehicle appeared to have been left open on their lot for the month + that they had it. It was returned filthy inside, complete with animal hair and rodent feces throughout. Avoid this place at all costs.

Horrible! Stay away!
This bodyshop is terrible. They returned my truck dirty and interior stained. Every problem i pointed out i was told thats how it was when you dropped it off. The paint had runs and drips it it! Body panels they replaced did not line up. The people who own it are inbread and can`t get anything fixed right. My truck has Been returned over 5 times, I`m not sure I lost count. STAY AWAY!

Don`t even bother!
Terrible, terrible, terrible.
I was in a serious accident with my Honda Accord. They had my car for almost a full month. As soon I hop in my car after its repairs, I notice that my steering wheel is at a 45 degree angle in order to drive straight. These guys did a terrible job on everything from the paint (that began peeling a week after) and didn`t even align the car! They tried to tell me the shattered front windo... view morew might not be covered and they replaced the rear view mirror and side mirrors with cheap, generic parts that vibrated uncontrollably when the car was on. Great, another day in the shop. Even worse, a few months later I find out that I need my motor mounts replaced. Motor mounts don`t need to be replaced unless the car is many years old or unless an accident caused them to shatter. It was a hefty out of pocket expense since Hub City did not replace them and it had already been out of the shop for many months.
Thanks a lot Hub City for setting an all-time low standard!
