ATTN: You can Trust them to Inspect Your Car!!!

Have taken our truck & car there since moved here in 2009 and have ALWAYS had excellent service for repairs and services. First time was stripped oil screw on truck. They didn`t even charge us. I maintain our cars VERY well so they last and UNLIKE (other local unnamed) dealerships and service places, they have NEVER ""recommended"" unnecessary and totally bogus ""maintainance"" items or repairs just to pad the bill... view more (which happened THREE times when I took my car to other places here in UC when they weren`t available or before we found them.) In fact, the first time Victory Lane looked at our vehicles, they were SO good at their jobs THEY TOLD ME when everything was serviced-- IN NJ and KNEW they DIDN`T need that stuff, which really impressed me because we had just driven across the country. In two years they have NEVER recommended anything be replaced that wasn`t worn out or broken or according to manufacture rec. No high pressure sales tactics. They believe they answer to GOD so, dont see it as ""worth it"" to rip people off for a little silver. They don`t work weekends, but try very hard to be accommodating. Full service shop. Even fixed leaking gasket on Nissan truck, and replaced window motor on Toyota Camry. I wouldn`t have anyone else inspect my car!

They are crooks... They quoted...

They are crooks... They quoted my Grandmother 120 to prop up a car window (not even fix it). She agreed to that price. But when it was time to pick it up the bill was 142, because they had to find a piece of wood for the propping... charged 12.87 for the piece of wood, and the rest was labor. You mean to tell me it took and hour and a half (85 per hour, ridiculous amount per hour FYI) to take off a door panel and pro... view morep a window up and put the panel on. I DONT THINK SO! CROOKS! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED. Its not about the money, its the principle.

Honest, Dependable, Fast, $$

Best automotive in Universal City

I have been taking my car to Victory Lane Automotive ever since they first opened. I have had everything worked on from brakes to ac and the job has always been done quickly, accuratly and with minimal cost to me. I highly reccommed VLA. They are always honest and up fromt about what is needed to get the job done.
