My air conditioning went out for the hottest part of the year. I called in, scheduled an appointment, and arrived on time. In the past, I`d had problems with shops ignoring scheduled appointments and delaying repairs. Not Firestone. They were prompt, courteous, and when there was a small communication problem, Brian the service manager made certain I was satisfied, and turned a possible hiccup into a win for ever... view moreyone. Most importantly, I am back on the road with wonderful a/c and at the least amount of inconvenience/loss of valuable time to me.
I`ll be going back for any future repairs - not just my air conditioning.
