Ok so here`s my story. I rear ended a driver who suddenly turned with no signal. Left front of car smashed. Called and spoke with East Texas Auto Collision. Was told turn around approximately a week. Told them I was paying out of pocket for rental and needed ASAP. Well 2 weeks and a day later at 5 pm I finally get my car. I was lied to several times when I called to see when car would he ready. car, then car had to be put back together, then part didn`t for, etc. All in all wish I had used someone else. I do not recommend them at all.
