DON`T EVEN CALL OR STOP BY... We took our 2001 dodge ram for a transmission problem on Feb 10, 2011 and the Manager at the time, Jonathan, told us that we could repair our transmission for $2200 or they could replace it with a transmission that they had found that only had 30,000 miles. We asked for his advice and about what kind of warranty they would give us and he said that it would be better to replace it becaus... view moree it was newer than ours and that the warranty was 24,000 miles or 24 months, so we agreed. About 2 weeks after we got our vehicle back, we took it in again because it was leaking transmission fluid from the transmission line that connects to the radiator and wasn`t shifting right, we left it there for a couple of hours and finally got it back. The next day, it had the same issue so we took it back a couple of days later. Jonathan told us that he had to call the guy who had sold them the transmission so he could adjust the spacer on the side of the throttle. Then they said that we probably needed a speed reducer, something that he never mentioned in the beginning. This time, the owner test drove it and he agreed that there was something wrong but that they were going to fix it...it didnt happen that way! The third time we took it was like around a month later for the same issue, not shifting properly and leaking and nothing was done because they told us that they were to busy and would not be able to look at it that day. We have always had issues ever since they tried to fixed it and nothing has ever been done. I finally got a chance to take it there about 2 weeks ago because the transmission went out, it doesnt go more than 20/25 miles per hour and is leaking even more fluid than before and when I spoke to the owner he said that he would have to check to see what kind of warranty they gave me. Well, when he found the receipt, he told me that it was only for 6 months or 6,000 miles...I couldn`t believe it, because I work for an oil and lube shop and we warranty out a wiper blade for 6 months! But I noticed that on his receipt, everything was a copy except that line where they wrote: warranty is for 6 months or 6,000 miles. I told him that they wrote that after they gave me my receipt because that was the only line that was in ink, everything else was a copy from the top receipt and he told me that they sometimes they do go and change things on their receipts afterwards. He told me to bring him my receipt so he could look at it and I remebered that we left it in our center console because we had been taking the truck so they could look at it those previous times but when I took it out, I noticed that it had some oil on it from a deodorant that was in there and he said, "Oh, we didnt give you this, this is blank." I had just told him that it had oil from a deodorant on it and it erased everything and he said that he could just check my truck out for me. I told him that I didnt want him to just check it, I wanted him to fix it how they had promised us! I need my vehicle to go to work and take my children to school!!! It`s amazing how nice they were in the beginnig when we had just taken our vehicle in and how quickly they changed after they took our money. Now we`re stuck paying someone else to fix our vehicle. Don`t trust these people, theyre scam artists!!!!!!

run away and don`t look back ...

My wife and I went to get our Charger repaired due to the reason that the transmission was leaking transmission fluid. They had it service and told us that a part needed to be replaced which would cost us $1200 dollars. Unfortunately, we agreed and no more than a week later the transmission started to leak again in the garage. We took it over there they told us that they may have used a bad gasket so they replaced th... view moreat too but two more weeks later the transmission still leaked. This happen two more times taking it back and forth. What made it hard was that the company changed managers 3 times in a matter of 6 months so it was hard trying to explain the problem to the different manager and what made it even worst they keep terrible records because they couldn`t find any of our records. Good thing my wife kept every recipe they gave us. This last manager had to be the rudest of the three because he argued that the transmission is leaking somewhere else now and the part that they previous replace isn`t leaking anymore. So, we gave this company $1,200 dollars to fix a leak which they didn`t we also asked they if they can find the NEW leak but rather than check it the manager told us flat out that they don`t know where it`s leaking and they can`t help us anymore. What kind of transmission shop is this? They can`t find the leak? but rather than try to solve the problem they just took our $1,200 dollars and called it a day.
