Bad Attitude
Terrible customer service. The person in the front acted like they were doing me a favor. I AM THEIR CUSTOMER, an intrgal part of how they stay in business. They can rest assure they will never touch my truck again and I`ll be sure to tell my friends and family when it comes to Spillar Custom Hitches- TURN AROUND AND WALK THE OTHER WAY!

Steer Away
We wanted a receiver put on our truck, we found two places by Round Rock that did them. We picked Spillar as we thought that they were local and they have been here awhile and thought maybe they would do a better job then the National Chain. We thought WRONG!!!! First they installed it improperly to where the plug could barely reach. We went to use it for the first time after they fixed this problem and the brake... view more system did not work!! So here we are all loaded up to go, and no brakes on the trailer! We had to go back again on our way out of town and I`m still not to sure if it`s working properly to this day. Not only is their work crappy, so are their attitudes! While we were there someone else came in with something that had been done improperly, and the managers act like this is the norm...an every day occurance. After giving them right at $500 I would advise people to steer clear and opt for another choice. We need another hitch on another vehicle but we will not be letting them do the work, we are going elsewhere. We never even got an apology for having to go back twice to get it fixed.
