WATCH OUT !!
I used to love going to Soul Speed, I spend a few thousands there for my A6. Jasper is fun to work with. Ralph/Randy did great job on My A6. I like him working on my Audi. Now they have no business and Ralph is gone and Collin is only one who working in the shop. That guy is Lazy guy and going to do very bad job for your expensive car.
Last month, I have Oil Change with Collin, I paid over $100 for 8,000 miles oil... view more but 1,000 miles later I found out that zero Oil remain in my Audi where I have no leak. I took it to Another German shop and flashed my Oil, I found out that only 4QT was put in my A6 where 6 QT minimum required to drive my expensive Audi. If I never check my oil I could have blow up my Engine. I will never go back again. How can I trust them again ?.
So if you want to try Sole Speed to fix your Expensive car, WATCH OUT Check your car and Oil after. Specially Collin did work on your car. They were good before, I used to love going there. No more. They are slowing down customer are not returning no more. They doing one time business now.
As a Paid customer I preserve the right to post this feet back.

Terrible customer service
As a potential new customer and having read many positive posts on TireRack, I went in to get some information regarding new tires and an alignment. The person at the front desk started to click a few buttons on the computer and the phone rang a few minutes later. He took the call and helped the person on the phone. He then tried helping me again, interrupted by another phone call. He seemed to know this person a... view morend was chatting with him/her for several minutes. The whole time, there was another person in the office who never offered to help with the phones or with me. Needless to say, this horrible initial service sent me looking for a place who wanted to do business the right way. I ended up at Dave`s Ultimate Automotive who provided superior service from start to finish.

Great Service, Great Team
The team at Soulspeed are like your best buddies, they are always looking out for you. For example, if you take your high price german import the the dealer and have an inspection performed, they`ll tell you your rear pads are RED - meaning you need to change them asap. Then the same day if you take your vehicle to Soulspeed they will tell you that you don`t need pads for another 2000K miles, or so. Honesty goes a lo... view moreng way in my book of ethics. I take both my German cars there and will continue to do so. I would recommend this business to most people.

Fantastic Service for track and street
SoulSpeed is now owned by Collin Stith. Collin and his service adviser, Jasper, have been working on my 2006 Lotus Exige since I got it last year. Collin really knows his stuff when it comes to alignment. He uses a very accurate system that produces excellent results and he stands by his work. The Exige has probably the most sensitive steering of any street car and Collin was able to get the alignment done perfectly.... view more I`ve also had him put new tires on my car multiple times (lots of track time tends to eat the tires pretty quickly) and the tires are always perfectly balanced. My car is extremely sensitive to anything being out of sorts and it always comes out of SoulSpeed in top shape. My safety is on the line at the track and I depend on Collin and Jasper to make my car work at the limits on a track. I would highly recommend SoulSpeed to anyone who needs to have their car set up perfectly.

I do not like being called a liar and a cheat for asking questions
I had intended to use Soulspeed (Bill Kim, owner) based on some positive reviews I had from members of a forum I frequent. I had two cars needing alignment, one car that had run over a large piece of lumber. I questioned Bill extensively about his ability to fix the alignment and after a time he rightfully said he could not diagnose anymore over the phone. I also set up an alignment for my other car at the same ti... view moreme, but on the day of the alignment, the weather was horrible (ice storm in Austin) and I emailed him to say I would not be able to make it - below was his response:
Hi Tom, Thanks for letting me know early.
I did leave a message for you last week canceling this appointment, but I guess you did not receive it.
In short, I would like you to take your business elsewhere and we will not work on any of your cars.
The reason is that you tried to lie and manipulate me into doing free diagnostic for your daughter`s car and I do not do business with people who try to lie and cheat me. Thanks, Bill Kim
Here was my response:
I was attempting to assess if you could handle this via alignment, which appears to be your primary business (not major body or chassis repairs) or if it needed more serious work. In short, my intent was to give you work, not take work away from you. That is unfortunate that you treat a potential customer this way. This is an unusual and franky disturbing response based on a single phone conversation. Please explain.
Summary:
His response was well out of line and made significant assumptions about someone he had never met. Is this the type of vendor you want to do business with? Apparently he feels that I can ""cheat"" someone by asking questions to ensure that if I have work done, that the vendor is capable of doing the work. I guess I am not supposed to do that. Bottom-line, I would not recommend Bill Kim despite his reputation for good work. His attitude towards his customers is not acceptable in the least.
