the absolute BEST in auto repair - all around. bar none.
I have been all over the city of round rock and austin trying to find a solution to the problems I am having with a used car I recently bought. I`ve been told many different stories and many different scenarios. all at an extremely high price.
My car finally got to where it wouldn`t start and I had it towed to Master mechanics.
THE SERVICE IS INCREDIBLE. they just recently moved to the bowman road ... view morelocation, but they are right off Mays by the baseball field.
From the minute the tow truck pulled up, I was greeted in a prompt and friendly manner. They patiently listened as I told the whole situation with my car. they only interrupted to ask questions and never came across as condescending. In fact, unlike all the other mechanics, it was obvious to them that I knew at least a large portion of what I was talking about.
they pulled me over to the car and walked me through each and every possible problem and solution.
a problem I had been told would be a grand to fix turned out to not be so large afterall. It`s my belief that`s because Masters is not just about the dollar.
The owner has lived in Round Rock for 30 years and has raised his family here. His knowledge is impeccable.
Don`t go anywhere else until you go to master`s!!!!!
They work on foreign and domestic and any year. (when I was there they had a 1969 truck, a midget, and then newer cars and trucks)
I am moving tomorrow, out of state, but promised them I would sing their praises all the way there.
