SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...There was a discrepancy surrounding the time at which our tow truck should have been tinted. We were told by Elite to bring our tow truck in today at 3:30 PM and they would be able to tint it. My employee and I arrived at the Elite and the employee working the desk at the time declined to perform the job claiming they were overbooked. When I inquired as to discrepancy, our wasted time,... view more and travel, the employee was flat rude and disrespectful. Said he did not care who made the mistake he wasn`t doing the job. My employee who accompanied me informed him, he didn`t have to be rude, the employee got loud and ugly and told us to leave. I informed him I would be leaving this review based upon his unprofessional conduct and that I understood mistakes or misunderstandings happen but you don`t treat customers that way. The man followed us outside and went as far as to say only "B*****S" leave online reviews. After leaving Elite, I called and asked that the owner or manager please give me a call in regards to this incident. The same employee hung up the phone on me. When I tried calling back I got the company voice mail. The owner did eventually call me back but made nothing but excuses and failed to accept any responsibility on behalf of his employee. I would not recommend Elite to anyone or any business based upon the way they choose to treat customers. I am a small business owner myself and I would immediately terminate any employee or representative of my company who even remotely acted the way Elite did towards us...

very satisfied

I was greeted outside and was immediately helped. David gave me useful information in choosing my tint. They took my truck in and immediately got to work removing the old tint that was in terrible shape. I was able to wait while the work was being done. I had time to chat with Bob and learn more about the tint process and warranty. I will definitely return to have my wife`s car done. Horrible experience!

I have had several cars tinted with the PREVIOUS owner and employees and the job was never short of steller. However the NEW owner and employees are extremely unqualified to be tinting windows. We brought our brand new car in to be tinted and when we picked it up it had scratches all over the inside of the tint, a piece of hair stuck under it and a pebble, not to mention the back window where the defroster is looks b... view moreubbly and shabby to say the least. Immediately I noticed all the scratches on the windows and I pointed them out, I was assured by "henry"(the only tinter available) that they were just "water scratches" and when the tint cures they would disappear. However the next day and a week later they were still there. When we took the car back to Elite henry said that he couldnt see the scatches which was extremely alarming! He did however see the need for a few of the windows to need to be redone. When my husband contacted the owner to discuss the unacceptable job that was done, he was greated with an infurating concern that a customer had called him on a saturday. However the owner did call back and apologize for his early disposistion. When I called to schedule and appointment to have the tint redone, they then informed me that henry was the only available tinter at this time. Again, that was an unacceptable solution. The owner is supposidly refunding us for the tint, which we will have to have removed(which runs about 100.00, and could cause some damage to the car) and retinted somewhere else which will only cause us more financial burden. Needless to say, I would stongly urge using another qualified tint shop.

best service ever
