Never go here!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE EVER! I took my car if for just a small amount of cosmetic work. Left headlight, blinker, and a dented hood. They wanted to charge almost 300 dollars for one headlight and the hood was hail damaged and looked as if it had been keyed and both hinges were bent and out of line. They tried to tell me it was a dead battery and they boosted it off. As soon as I turned the corner out of the parking lot the car died on me and now they want to charge me even more to "fix it" This is the absolute worst service I have EVER had.

Called ahead and asked them to look a car over we were thinking about purchasing and it problems with the sun roof, and other non-mechanical problems. I also wanted the car diagnostically gone through to get an estimate on the car?ˆ™s worth and repair costs to basically make sure it was a worthy car. Here?ˆ™s how it went down: 1. They told me the Estimate was Free. 2. They were late opening the shop. 3. Then they t... view moreold me there was a $90 Diagnostic Fee 4. They gave me no receipt of taking my car. 5. They couldn?ˆ™t tell me approximately when my car would be ready or how long it might take? 6. I called them twice throughout the day. When somebody did answer the phone, I was told they would let me know how far along the car was and about when we should have to expect the car to be don?ˆ™t. They said they would call me back. Nobody did. 7. Finally, took it upon myself to drive up there around 4:30p to see what was going on with the car? Then I was told the car was not ready. I said when it will be ready. He said 45 Min. 8. Came back 45 min. After they had my car a complete work day. (I had called in about a day ahead of time). The gentleman proceeds to tell me in my opinion as an Industry proven industrial Control/Automation/Robotic Expert a vary vague depiction of what was even wrong with the car. No error codes or ..?ˆ?Hey here is the part you need?ˆ?. Just that there may be more charges. He had no diagnostic print out or data where had tested the car in anyway and after telling me about the $500 headlight I needed he said that he was going to use salvaged parts to fix it with. I offered pay the man for the $90 free estimate and he screamed that he doesn?ˆ™t feed his family with mad money. I asked for my car and we left. 9. Lesson Learned: Not everybody Driving BMW?ˆ™s are mechanically and electrically handicapped. THIS PLACE IS SHADY FOLKS! They got a 13 year old driving cars around the parking lot with 2 guys yelling at him to go get another one.

I feel like a super star!

So I took my car to them after not being able to get a straight answer from Service King about my repairs. Saturday morning a tree decided to lay down on my car and after all the headaches from my insurance company I googled them and I took my car to them and they even gave me a loaner to drive without having to rent a car! Life saver

I just got my new car and i was hit on my rear bumper. Speedy collision repair fixed my car liked magic. It only took them two days to fix my car and it looked great for a really cheap price.

horrible horrible horrible. stay away pleazzz..the owner Alfonso is a pathetic liar. took my car for a frame work and he ended up breaking everything else ac belt bearings and won`t even cover. spent more than $1600 and still not fixed now my ac is not working. took it to another mechanic and he found five screws were missing. this thief could have killed me if I was driving long enough without screws. how can u take... view more money and do work like that. becuz the frame wasn`t properly installed n it ended up breaking ac pipe and now that will cost $500 extra to fix... pls pls pls do not use this shop n plz stay away.

paint job sucks

This is the worst business ever. They burnt my paint all over my car lost my floor mat broke my washer buds. Alfonso the owner lied said he would repaint and I got him on recording saying he forgot to repaint he is a crook. Stay away!!!

Danger, Caution, Do Not enter

This guy Alfonso Martel is a crook. He will not stand by his work. He will tell you he could not fix your car AFTER you pay him your money...no refund. He`ll state ""you have to pay me more money to have me fix it"". His work is sloppy and not gauranteed. Do NOT take your car here.
