bad!!! inconvienant and stupid/rude staff!!!!
i bought my first car from these guys and about a week and a half later it was totalled by a drunk driver in front of my house , not only did they sell me a car that i did not have the title to but failed to even mention the fact that the auction place where they bought the car was also waiting on getting the title from the original owner .So now im in a rental car and the only thing anyone is waiting on is for the... view morem to get the title so that i can get a check and get another car its been danm near a month and when i tried even getting info on whats going on the woman on the phone where rude (talking over me) and could not even answer simple questions) i thing it was VERY irresponsable as a dealarship to sell a car that they knew they didnt have the title to without even informing the customer

Cransh doesn`t dissapoint
Ok. I have been by Cransh a couple of times and we purchased out car yesterday. They gave me the receipts for all of the work they did. The boxes for the parts were in the trunk. The pictures were precise and showed the car as it was. Our sales person, Arthur, was not pushy and very upfront. He must not work on total commission because he didn`t pressure us to buy something more expensive or something he needed... view more to move off the lot. The car is in great shape. I am confident that for the price I couldn`t get a better deal. All used car buyers should do their homework. Buying a used Honda can be expensive if you have to get into the timing belt, etc. Luckily that was taken care. They had a print out of the CarFax in my hand before I could even ask to see it. Every car has a CarFax available which is nice and gives the potential buyer good peace of mind. I also like that you can view them for free through the web. There were so many vehicles that I would like to have seen the carfax on but wasn`t going to pay for it.
I would highly recommend this car dealer to anyone.
The only bad thing is that they don`t haggle on their prices at all. Maybe a better trader could get them to come down but not me. lol

Clean Car Auction Customer Service
We purchased a 2004 Honda Civic with 69950 miles.
We had our own financing and purchased an extended warranty through our bank.
We had been looking for a Honda for over a month and found what we were looking for here. We were located a hour away and had to wait for a few days to make the drive and luckily it was still there. We were a little nervous about the reviews we had read but still wanted to take a look.
... view moreWhen all was said and done we wanted the car.
Our Overall Experience:
* Very friendly
*Cars were very clean
* Would not work on the price, but it was $30 under book value and would sale for the $7999.
*It was agreed to a full tank of gas. We got a half.
* Agreed to fix a few cosmetic blemishes which were tightening a few screws around bumper/fender. They did not complete this.
* 2 weeks after we got it home we started having a sequel when the air was turned on and just had it looked at. We learned that after they replaced the advertised ""New Timing"" belt their in house mechanics failed to properly re-tention the belt. A $50 fix
*The detachable face radio displays are broken and was not disclosed but we didn`t check it either. It works just HARD to use.
Overall we love the car and believe got a deal. We went into this purchase knowing it was a USED car lot and Auction Customer Service.
