Horrible Customer Service

we found a great truck no thanks to the sales people. we looked at 4 trucks that day and spoke with no one, we did all the leg work to go inside and get the keys, while the salesman just sat on his behind doing NOTHING, he did however complain how we were looking at so many cars. I wanted to leave but my dad who had purchased from them before, was set on this one truck. So we bought it and I asked if it will get deta... view moreiled, he stated that it has already been detailed, and it was very dirty. he didn`t bother to go outside and look at it, so he told us that if we bring it back in 2 days they will detail it. oh but not until after he said I can wash it myself. Yeah, so we go back in 2 days, and they refused to detail it. great truck, horrible, horrible customer service. Don`t go there, we won`t be going back.

30 seconds- not good

i have seen this place for years. Before it moved to austin Hwy and thought i would give them a call to see about a car for my son. when i called a man named Victor answered the phone.i asked him what the name of the car lot was and shi responce" the one that you called!" so i asked him again what the name of the place was. i was not rude i just asked a question since he did not answer the phone with anythi... view moreng other that "This is Victor" i wanted to be sure I had the right place. when i asked him again he just hung up.. I had cash to pay for a car. just wanted something for my son. Evidently the man is unsure of where he works or is ashamed if he want to habg up.. I don`t get it... maybe he needs to flip burgers somewhere. Mr Knodel, I am sorry but I just wanted to oput some money in your pocket... i would be happy to call back if I deal with you!

My kind of shopping

More dealers should operate this way. You are free to browse the lot. You know the price, and they are there to assist you in checking out the car once you pick one you might like. No hassle. I`ve purchased two vehicles from them and will likely go back again if the need arises.

Good Service

No pressure shopping!! You can look around the lot without someone following you around. Cars are clean and the folks working there are helpful and not mean as hell. The cars are reasonably priced and then folks want them cheaper and cheaper go anywhere else and see if you can find prices like their`s. Good cars

The people are mean as hell, BUT the cars work great! They lure you in with a price that`s reasonable but don`t visit too much because that will bite you in the behind-- meaning you won`t be able to bargain with these vulgar folks.
