Best choice of Dodge dealership by far within a 200 mile span. After dealing with a frustrating San Antonio dealership I called spoke with Taylor A and explained exactly what I wanted and the price I was willing to pay and he called me back in three minutes securing that price. The finance department was no hassle and I had all paperwork signed and was out the door with my new Challanger in two hours. The best sales person - Lenore
If you go to Blue Bonnet Dodge, make sure and seek out Lenore if you are after a used vehicle. She is the best. I had gone in three weeks before looking for a diesel truck and met a salesman named Brad. He was friendly at first and then in the end was very pushy and I felt as if he was trying to force me to buy something I was not sure about. He gave me the ""This deal is only good for tonight"" and ""My managers in ... view morehorrible mood so we better get this done now"". I HATE to be pressured and put under any type of duress. I got mad and left. I would have bought the truck if it were not for what he did. I met Lenore a couple weeks later and she was the sole reason I decided to give Blue Bonnet Dodge another try. Lenore and the manager at Blue Bonnet Direct (Todd) gave me a fair price for my trade and a fair price on the truck I was after. No high pressure sales tactics from either one of them. Very professional.

Disappointing
We were having transmission issues with our Dodge Intrepid. It was downshifting after about 20 minutes. I could turn the car off, start it right back up and everything was fine. Since we are new to the area, we decided to go to a trusted Chrysler dealership. Blue Bonnet took us right in and we walked out the next day with $938.72 less in our bank account but at least a car that ran, temporarily.
Exactly one m... view moreonth and around 800 miles later the car started doing the exact same thing. We called Blue Bonnet and again they took us right in. They called later that day to tell us they were going to have to replace the same part plus refurbish the entire transmission. This time it would cost us $2,200. They were not willing to give us any credit, except for the warrantied part, for the money we had already spent even though their fix this time included the exact same thing they had just done. Based on their assessment we don`t really feel they took the time to look at the car and diagnose the true problem either time.
Completely ridiculous and they have lost a customer for life. We just moved into the area and will never visit them to buy or fix a car again. They are a Rip Off so please everyone beware. I have never felt more like someone was trying to pull one over on me.
