This is by far the worst place in town...Horrible customer service, Friday afternoon 3 customers only we waited about 30 mins. Just so I could tell them I needed oil change, the whole time we waited not once was acknowledge, not once this IDIOT employee said to us anything..He pretended to work on the computer typing a customer order...typing with1 finger. Once they finally took my car I went to see if the car was be... view moreing work on, the guys working on the car were sitting on their as*! The 1 guy actually working was playing around with all tools...It has been 1 hour 40 mins and mtg car still sitting there NOT GETTING WORK ON!! I ask a Hispanic short guy when would my car be finish, he complete me ignore me, he look me on the eyes and said it was a busy day...then yet no one was working on this cars..Total Worthless piece of crap!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Not very accurate at giving time estimates
I needed an alignment. I knew NTB did them and I knew I was close to this one thanks to an Iphone App. I called and spoke to Chad who told me no cars were on the rack at the moment and an alignment takes about 45 minutes so an hour tops. I was at the shop in less than 5 minutes. I gave the required information and my keys and went to the waiting room. At the 45 minute mark I noticed my car was still not in the shop, ... view moreit was parked just outside a bay where a young man in an NTB shirt was talking on a cell phone while he one - handedly tried to get a spare out of the trunk of the car in the bay. I watched for another 10 minutes while he stayed on the phone. At this point I got the paperwork back from my car, brought to them, told them I have been waiting an hour and they havent even gotten to my car. I said working one handed with a cell phone might be an issue. He apologized for taking so long, but didn`t seem very concerned. I will go elsewhere where they are a little more organized and focused on the job
Edit- the next day I brought my car to the NTB on Research near Anderson Mill and this place had me in and out in 40 minutes.

FRAUD
Last night, I wemt to National Tire and Battery to have them fix my brake lights. Instead of this taking 15 minutes, it was along ordeal. The manger was there and said to pay the mechanic $10 off the books to fix the brake lights. First, he came back saying that my car had electrical problems. I have seen no evidence of this-- this was a car bought from Car MAx about 2 years ago. Finally, when they had fixed the bra... view moreke lights, the car would not shift into gear. They said they had to adjust the gear by tearing the gear box apart. When I said I had no more money to pay them, they fixed a fuse and I was finally able to leave. This was an attempt to fraudulently get money for something that did not need to be done. I will never grace their door again with my footsteps.

Bad experience
I bought $34.99 road hazard insurance on all four of my tires. Sure enough, one of them tore on the sidewall due to a manufacture defect. When I went back to see what my options were, they gave me a %60 discount but said I HAD to purchase the $34.99 road hazard again in order to receive the discount. A $124 tire with insurance ended up being $99 with a %60 discount.....so I declined their offer, sent my father th... view moreere and he left with the price of $55!! I feel I was ALMOST taken advantage of because I`m a young female with no tire knowledge. I will take my discounted $55 tire that my dad got , that for some strange reason would have costed me $99 and will never ever go back!!
