Chris was very helpful, he went out of his way to accommodate me while my truck`s clutch was being fixed. The mechanics worked late to get the job done and I got my truck back quickly and I can tell it was quality work. After looking around for the best price, these guys won! Even a competitor was impressed with the price and brand name of the clutch they were using, saying: ""I`ve got to be honest that`s a great dea... view morel."" I will take my truck back to them in the future...but not too soon I hope!

Manual Transmission Rebuild w/New Clutch Parts

The team at Austin Transmission and Clutch made a difficult experience for me easier to manage. I had to decide to fix a car with 142,000 miles or seek new transportation options... Their senior technican diagnosised the concern and performed the manual transmission overhaul. The car runs great! Shifts like new again, no noise, and the estimate matched the final bill. Upfront mechanics who keep you involved and informed

These guys are good to customers. I broke my transmission last year, but wasn`t sure how badly. They were upfront about the entire investigation and estimation process. And though I must admit that their initial estimate more than doubled by the time it was all done, I don`t think they were being ""shady"" - just discovered more work that made the bill climb.

I would recommend them.

Fair and Honest

Jim and Dan have serviced my vechicles for 10 years at least. Dosen`t matter if it is the A/C, Transmission or motor, they have always fixed it and at a price that is reasonable.

The Best Mechanics!!!

Talk to Jim and Dan for the straightest shooting mechanics in town. And the work is excellent! I have tried many others and am fortunate to have found them a few years ago.
