Horrible experience! Go elsewhere!
We rented an RV to take a group of BMX racers to Illinois for a National BMX race and had the most horrible experience ever. On the way up we had a blow out, our spare was flat, we had to purchase a new tire (for which we have still yet to be reimbursed as promised 3 weeks later) and then 30 miles down the road the new tire almost blew out stranding us on the side of the freeway for a few more hours. The whole tire o... view morerdeal itself cost us 6 hours and cost our children a valuable race that night. The refridgerator never got cold or even cool at all costing us at least $100 worth of groceries. The generator was constantly dying. There was animal hair all over the RV (obviously from another renter who had not properly cleaned it up after their animal) and one of the children with us had bad allergies and her family actually ended up having to get a hotel room while we were there - it was THAT BAD! :( When I talked to Pat on the phone about the issues she downplayed them and said that she had been in that RV many times and the generator and fridge worked just fine and told me of a time when she went thru 6 tires on a trip!!! WOW! Great customer service! NOT! When we got back the owner was convienently ""out of town"". When he finally got back he claims to have not recieved our message about our problems with the RV and would call back. After waiting for a call back and receiving none we tried to call back and nobody answers! How convienent! We were told to keep the reciepts for our expenses for the tire issues and now they will not return our calls or answer the phones going on 3+ weeks now! Time to call the BBB! If you are looking to do business here I would recommend you go elsewhere! Just look at the reviews they speak for themselves!

Stay Clear
Not really sure what happened to this business. We`ve been doing business with them for over 5 years and after the addition of a new office person named Pat last year their customer service is completely gone. She`s rude and acts as though she is the owner. After my first contact with her I vowed not to go back. Gave them another chance and was able to get through the transaction and rental experience last summe... view morer. Called today only to get Pat on the phone again. I was asking if they had gone out of business (not that I would be shocked by this) and she almost refused to give any information about their status. I smell a rat. Looks as though they`ve ""moved"". She probably put them out of business with her stellar customer service skills.

Absolutely Clueless & Poor Customer Service
I have had many dealings with Spring Cypress RV because they are close to home, but never again.
One year ago I took my camper in to have a new lift put on and a brake wire that had a short repaired. the wire had been hit by a staple during manufacture. I selected a lift and showed Willy, the service manager, the wire with the staple in it. TWO WEEK later, my camper was ready. When I went to pay the lift was ... view moretwice as much as the agreed to price and the wire was not repaired. Instead, they replaced all of the external light bulbs. Not to mention they left all of the internal lights on and depleted my batteries.
Long story short, I had to buy a new battery as I was on my way out of town for a camping trip and I spilt the higher cost on the lift. Bottom-line, Willy is a a disorganized crook. I spoke with the owner Shane Rice, who as going to talk with Willy, vowing I would never darken their door again. I never heard from Shane again though he insisted it was a fluke
August 2010 I need to replace the fenders on my camper due to blowouts and figured it was a good time to order a couple of other part I needed. Their close and convenient, so I figured I`d give them a try. I mean how hard can it be to order parts.
After three weeks Willy finally stopped messing with aftermarket vendors and went to the manuf. who had the fenders in stock. Imagine that. He forgot to ask about the other pieces. Imagine that. He told me the fenders were going to cost $400 each.
After 6 weeks of not hearing from him I called to find out the status of finding the other parts. A song & dance about how he got me mixed up with someone else later, he told me he was back on the case.
Two weeks later, I found the phone number to the manufacturer and ordered the fenders myself. The other parts however were out of stock and not going to be produced anymore. Including shipping, the fenders cost $250 each. Yes, $150 a piece less than Willy quoted.
These people are very disorganized and have no clue what customer service. I have no problem paying for a product, not even a little higher price if I am going to get the service that goes with it. But this place is ridiculous. Knowing the number of friends and neighbors in the area that will NOT do business with them, I`m surprised they are still in business.
I will NEVER darken their door again.

Fantastic Folks!
My wife and I recently purchased a 2004 Damon Escaper from these folks. I can not compliment this business enough. Fantastic svc, both before and after the sale. After our first two trips and owning this used coach several weeks, they fixed several problems on this ""as is"" coach stone cold free!!! We got a great deal and even better service after the sale! Wille (Svc mgr) and Shane Rice (Owner) are stand up guys. ... view moreThey have our business and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Thank folks...

Steer Clear of this Rip-off Joint!
What a disaster! Watch out!!! They gave me an estimate in writing and we agreed on the $$. They also promised a two week turnaround. Three and 1/2 months later (and a lost summer season), after many, many excuses, I finally got a phone call that the rv was ready. I was shocked to also receive a new invoice for $6,000 more than agreed upon. I`ll be seeing them in court, since they won`t return phone calls or won`t... view more even discuss this face to face.

Great Customer Service
When i brought in my RV to Spring Cypress RV, the moment i walked in the front door i experienced AMAZING customer service. The shop manager Willie Harris showed me everything that needed to be fixed on my RV and what could be spared! Not only did Spring Cypress RV fix my RV on time, they even took the time to call me as soon as it was finished and the new owner Shane Rice stayed after hours just so i could pick it u... view morep that day! I highly recommend Spring Cypress RV to anyone who needs service done on their RV.

Service is the Least of their Worries
This shop has the right intentions but if something goes wrong with the work done or promised, watch out, they stop listening. Do yourself a favor and choose another shop so you dont have to go through the hassles we did!
