Bought my 2012 Pathfinder here...

Bought my 2012 Pathfinder here after shopping first in Midland/Odessa. Communicated with my salesman by email. Showed up on Saturday and picked up my new car. All the numbers stayed exactly the same. He was meticulous on making sure the car was perfectly clean. I felt they made me the best deal possible. Love my new car! Ask for Steve Green, he`s the best.

I purchased a new Nissan Sentr...

I purchased a new Nissan Sentra a few months ago from Mcgavock in Lubbock. Four days later I was hit from behind. I took my car back to the dealership for repairs. I was informed by the McGavock service department that they could only fix the mechanical part, but would need to send my vehicle next door to Collision King for the body repair and they would see it through. Three weeks later I was contacted by Collis... view moreion King that my vehicle was fixed. I then picked it up over at Collision King and not McGavock. My sentra wasn`t fixed and my car was returned back with dirt and repair dust all over. I contacted McGavock for assistance since my vehicle was towed for repairs, but they informed me that I would have to settle all body repair matters with Collision King. I was furious and was assured by McGavock`s service department that not to worry and they would take good care of a repeated customer (me). I will not purchase from McGavock ever again. They tell you that they will be there for any and all repairs, but it`s not so. Instead I was left fending for myself with some unknown body shop that I never approved of and McGavock Service Dept. did a 180 and didn`t want to get involved.
