Don`t go here unless you want to get ripped off

I paid $600 to get my timing chain ""fixed"" here such sensitive job done that I wanted to make sure it was done correctly. They claimed they were more expensive than most places because they said they were ""certified"" and said that very few mechanics are. So, they convinced me and being a woman that desperately, needed her car, I paid them for a job that they claimed they would list on my receipt. When I came t... view moreo pick up my car they would not show me the old parts and now I know why. They only replaced one part of the many listed on my receipt. It has been more than a year and no longer have the warranty but when I took it to another mechanic after the part broke and my car stalled, they said to me that who ever had done work on my car before had only replaced the tensioner, that was the only part that looked fairly newer and there was no comparing them, it was clear.

They only put a band-aid on the problem and they knew it would hold for just enough time so that the warranty expired so, that I would be back in their shop. He told me that had they replaced everything they listed and charged me for that there would be no reason why my car would not be fully functioning. I had never had any problems with my vehicle previous to that. After, only 1 year of going there, it was only down hill from there.

Instead, they knew that their shoddy mess would eventually cost me more in the future and now I`m stuck without a vehicle. On top of this, when I complained to the manager he was very argumentative and would not listen and claims that it had been long ago and of course, they know that after so enough time has passed, that the customer will have a tougher time proving anything. He hung up on me everytime, I tried calling back.

So, if you want to go to this place make sure that you watch as they do your job or make sure that another mechanic checks their job afterwards but in that case you will probably going to have to pay that mechanic to do that also. Good Luck! Speaking from my experience, I would not try this place again for nothing. Unless, you want to pay them an arm and a leg to have them put your car out of its misery once and for all! The proof is in the parts, if they don`t want to show you any of the old parts then its probably because they did not replace them! You have to understand that they are used to doing this and they only do it because they know they can!
