My car buying experience was Miller was great, UNTIL they got my money. I was given cash to buy the car, but the bank put a two day hold on the deposit. Miller assured me that I could go ahead and write them the check, and they would not cash it for two days until the hold was released. And then they cashed it the next day, my check bounced, and I was charged an overdraft fee. They will take absolutely no account... view moreability for the mistake - I just gave them $21,000, and they won`t refund the $35 they caused me to lose by cashing the check early. I was assured three different times that they would wait, and they didn`t. I have confirmation from the bank that the check was cashed early, and Miller just keeps running me in circles, refusing to admit their error. Once my check cashed when they ran it at the appropriate time, they stopped calling me at all. It`s unfortunate, because the owner genuinely seemed like a nice guy, but I would no longer recommend his dealership to anyone. Do yourself a favor - buy a car somewhere else.
