Con artist and a liar. Let me start out by saying I am in a major in automotive engineering and I know my cars very well. I took my Audi A4 to get the camshaft seals changed it s a common problem in the Audi`s where the seals burn and start to leak oil. I brought my car there where I told Su about the problem and specifically told him to change the cam shaft seals in which he agree to then he took me inside to sign t... view morehe papers. In doing so he told me to write in the description valve cover gasket( you have to change the valve cover gaskets too when you change the camshaft seals) I clearly told him again not only you have to change the valve cover gasket but you must importantly need to change the cam shaft seals too in which he said "yes yes just sign paper I do I do" . I also notice he was very rude and was very persistent on me signing the paper as fast as he could I could also say he was very envious of me because I am teen driving an expensive car. Nonetheless before putting my signature I asked again you are changing the camshaft seals right in which he said again in his broken English "yes yes just sign, sign paper" in which he said very aggressively. Two days later he gives me a call that the car is ready and I go pick it up. Get there and go for a test drive and notice a familiar symptom smoke pouring out of the engine bay. Now this was the the problem before because the camshaft seals were bad in which it leaked oil on the exhaust manifold causing the smoke. I asked you did change the camshaft seals right! " No no no that to major job I change valve covers only" Su said. I clearly told you to change the camshaft seals that was the main problem that`s why I paid you $550 dollars who chargers $550 to change the valve cover gasket that`s a $110 dollar job Su. "No no you told me valve cover gasket see paper it says valve cover gasket" Su said. In which I responded "I clearly told you camshaft seals" . Su responded with "you just young boy you don`t know what you talking about". Me and him kept arguing back and forth and he would not let me take my car with out paying. So I decided to pay with my American Express card in which they will drop the deposit because the service was not legitimate. After that I did what should have done in the first place take my car to the Audi dealership in which they told me the the valve cover job was the worst they ever seen, the tech even showed me his work. I am not exaggerating when saying this a 6 year old could do a better job. There was rtv silicone all over the engine and the valve cover gasket were way out of place. Please do not take your car here Su will manipulate and twist your words to his benefits. What Su thinks that he can can take advantage because he thinks he is the only one who knows about German car and everybody is inferior to his knowledge. I am pretty sure his regular customers are being lied and taken advantage for there hard earn money. I am major in automotive engineering and can confidentially say that Su has the equivalent knowledge on cars as the mechanic`s at you basic tire & lube shop. Really not only this guy is a cretin but worst of all a liar and cheat. This a person you don`t want to trust with your sophisticated high end European cars hell I wouldn`t trust him to change my tires.

This guy knows cars.
I have complete confidence in Su to maintain my 2009 Mazdaspeed 3. He recently installed better horns. Sold and installed, with balance and alignment, wider Toyo tires (Japanese). I also bought chrome RX8 chrome wheels that he had to exchange and put the original air pressure sensors from the OEM factory wheels. His pricing and willingness to help me modify my car was very positive. The dealer was reluctant becau... view morese I did not buy the wheels from them. He has switched my MS3 over to synthetic oil. He says all turbo cars should use synthetic oil. I will bring in my vintage European sports car in for him to get it back on the road. Thank you, Su.

I have known Su, owner and certified mechanic of German Auto Center in Plano, Texas for over three years. During that time, he has done several jobs, both maintenance and repair, both big and small, to my aging 2002 Audi A4 1.8 Turbo with Quattro. These jobs have included: replacement of my rack and pinion slave cylinder, turbo gasket, brakes and rotors, radio and antenna replacement and repair, tires and alignmen... view moret, and one rear window power lift. He is very talented and reasonable. I also have him work on my new MazdaSpeed rocket. He works on my wife`s Sonata. He repaired my buddy`s transmission, and another buddy`s AC unit. This guy can do it all! I have all the confidence in the world when Su works on my vehicles. So much so, that in the near future, he is going to help me get my 1969 Jaguar E-type out of moth balls and back on the road! That will be one fun day, let me tell you!

I have know Su of German Auto Center for almost four years. During that time, he had worked on my 2002 Audi A4 with Quattro. He repaired my rack and pinion, rotors, and general maintenance. He works on my wife`s Sonata, and now my new Mazda Speed. Several of my friends have used him upon my recommendation. Honest and knowledgeable. Thanks, Su! Miki Solomon, Plano
