When it`s good it`s great
I bought my car from Tony a couple of years ago and the service was outstanding. With my purchase I got the service plan and the service sucked for about two years until I got Leo in the service dept. Pick your rep wisely.

Acura service
I purchased my MSX from David McDavid Plano in 2005 and have never taken it anywhere else for service. Why? Because they are very attentive to my needs and I trust them to service my car correctly. They always check with me before doing any repairs and offer me a loaner car if Otis going to take over two hours. I would recommend them to anyone who values quality service

The service department is friendly and helpful. Jordan is absolutely professional and makes customer service her top priority. Thanks for taking care of me and my RDX!

Horrible Repairmanship
On a positive note, it was not hard to get into contact with the person handling my account.
However, on the downside, it took four months to receive my car back. On my way home, the engine started knocking. I had to take my car back for it to get a new engine put in. It took another month to accomplish this. After driving home, the motor was fixed, car was running well, The TPMS sensor came on, which apparently... view more they had fixed. After calling my consultant at the Acura Collision Center, he admitted that two of the sensors might have been bad. So now I get to take my car to Honda Service center to get my tire sensors fixed. It will take 3-5 hours for this service to be completed. Really? Five months and I`m still dealing with this. I do not recommend Acura Collision Center for any type of work done on your car. It seems like a never-ending process.

Lack of attention to detail
Brought in a 2012 for collision work and they proceeded to work on the vehicle for two weeks and put on a 2011 bumper and headlight. This shows a lack of attention to detail and professionalism. They are correcting the mistake but this obviously should not have happened to begin with.
When I shared my concerns with the service manager he seemed dismissive about my concerns.
Once they put on the right parts I wi... view morell need to have it examined for mistakes that are not visible. This is a step I should not have to do.
I would suggest going elsewhere.

Superior Customer Service and Follow-through
It`s like being treated like royalty arriving for service for my Acura. My service rep, Nathan, greets me with a smile, he already knows what maintenance is scheduled and any problems I may have with my car from our earlier phone conversation. He sends me on my way with a smile and a rent car for the day.
He calls me during the day to update me on the status of my car service and lets me know when my car will be r... view moreeady. When I arrive to pick up my car he explains all the work that has been completed and my car has been clean, too.
I love these guys they know customer service.

Acura Collision Center David McDavid
Check your car before leaving Acura Collision Center David McDavid. You might leave with more damage from their employees. In my case they fixed the problems done by their employees, but I could never trust them again. I hate that my car had to be their lesson on what not to do to a customers car.
