need to work on time management

I am so disappointed in this dealership we got into a family vehicle that had hail damage but before finalizing we were going to back out because the hail damage was excessive. We viewed it during the evening so it wasn`t as visible when we told them we didn`t want to go through the deal they gave us reassurance that they would take care of the damage so we took it, expecting it to be fixed right away but it took th... view moreem over a month. We called several times and no answer to when it would be fixed and our salesman promised to call us back and we never heard from him. Then they had me an my infant and toddler wait for a loaner. They were unattentive and I felt like an inconvienence. 2 of my 3 boys have special needs so its spaciousness is great but I will not recommend this place to friends or family, nor purchase my next vehicle from them. I have worked at dealerships and they took the customers time into consideration not this one.

Persistance Pays off!

I came to World Car to purchase a Kia Soul for the Monthly advertisement of $189/Mo. We didn`t want to put down the required down payment for that special. Jay worked with us to find a pre-owned vehicle to meet our needs. We were not able to quite get to the terms, but Jay was consistent in following up with us to complete the sale. Mike was Great!

Mike was great. He had great product knowledge and was very helpful. He`s the first car salesman. I`ve ever worked with and he made it a fun experience. The car lot had a great selection. This was the first car dealership we went to and even through we went to others. They were no where near as affordable, helpful, and nice as the people at worldcar mazda. I will keep coming back for years.

Great Interest in Helping People

I took my Mazda CX-9 in for its first oil change today. World Car isn`t where I bought the vehicle, but they were very courteous, and the job was done quickly and when I asked for them to protect my brand new leather seats, they did exactly that. Prior to taking the car in I had called them and had a list of set questions I wanted answered about service. World Car was much more informed and cooperative than my sel... view moreling dealer.
