I didn`t know what was wrong w...

I didn`t know what was wrong with my car. The Technician checked the car and it was an electrical problem he told me it was not his expertise and did not charge me for the diagnostic. I took it to the Dealer and sure it was an electrical problem. Thanks Signature for your honesty. I Went back to Signature for brakes service--great company to work with.

Horrible service don`t ever ta...

Horrible service don`t ever take your car there. Lazy individuals that have no idea what is going on. Everytime I called no one acted like they even knew my car was there. My experience was a nightmare....

I took my Ford SUV to be servi...

I took my Ford SUV to be serviced for an intermittent starting issue, broken passenger side glass and some other things it needed since i had bought the car used. The shop staff were patient and understanding, they explained how and what would happen to my vehicle.I especially liked the fact that I wasn`t in need of driving all over town to different shops for each thing the car needed, it was all done in one place.... view more..electrical, engine, lube, glass...etc. Saved me some gas money actually. I would recommend calling ahead for an appointment though!
