RIP-OFF!!!!

RIP-OFF! Dishonest shop. Needed to replace a part on my car, it is a dealer made part only. So I call Rising Sun to get a quote he quotes me a price but tells me that the dealer is out of the part and that it would take them a week to get the part. So I go online and find the part. It would arrive in 3 days. I had Rising Sun order the part. When I told them to order the part Alan DID NOT say that there wou... view moreld be an up-charge to order the part. An UP-CHARGE OF $136.00 JUST TO ORDER THE PART!!! I could have order the part my-self If I had known of the UP-Charge. Part came in he installs the part then tells me after the part is installed, of the UP-CHARGE. That`s not all he calls me to give me a total price over the phone and tells me a price thats is $10.00 cheaper for the part then what showed up on the invoice. So again they try to get me for more money! VERY DISHONEST!!!!!!!
