I hit a curb, and got 2 flats. I had my car towed here since I had just had my tires rotated here 2 weeks prior. They replaced the tires, putting the new ones on the rear, and did an alignment. I got my car back, and it made some horrible noise. I took it back, and the mechanic told me it was my clutch. It sounded like a tire to me, so I had the sales rep ride with me. He agreed it was a tire. The mechanic an... view mored the manager came back, and said I had a bad tire and assured me that a new tire would fix the problem. Yes - the same store rotated this tire twice in the past 2 weeks and didn`t notice it was bad until now. I bought a new tire, and the noise was still there. I called the 800 number and asked to take my car to another NTB to have it fixed. I was told the regional manager would call me back within 24 hours. I called again 2 days later. It`s been 5 days, and I`m still waiting for the regional manager to call me back. I took my car to 2 other places and was told I had damaged a wheel bearing when I hit the curb. It`s fixed now - by someone else.
