The transmission on my Buick started acting up so I did a little research on local companies. I have to say I was a little alarmed when I read some of the reviews on here about Accurate Transmission. I decided to call them and get a better feel for how they handle their customers over the phone. I dropped my vehicle off the next day, was greeted with smiling faces and all said hello to me. I told him money was tight & didn`t want anything done that didn`t need to be done. They took it on a test drive and later that same day he called to confirm what I will call as bad news simply because nobody wants to hear their transmission needs rebuilt. Bless his heart, he did give me a good discount and actually explained every single thing they were going to do. You don`t find that any more anywhere! These guys not only got my vehicle back to me the next day, they have been more than patient, understanding, & totally cool with me calling several times, and stopping by several times just to make sure this or that is "normal" or to ask a question. They take the time to look over my vehicle anytime I have went in just to ease my mind. I will not hesitate at all to take my vehicle back to them in the future for any repair it may need. In fact, I plan on taking it back to him so he can replace the shocks. He is fair with his prices, his employees are all very nice & knowledgeable and they all treat you like a friend. Cory DOES take care of his customers, I am really glad I took a chance and decided to take my Buick to him.

This is the second car that the guys at Accurate have repaired for me. The first one had a solinoid go out just before the warranty went out and Cory fixed with no questions asked. The second one they had it back to me in less than 3 days and since there was so much damage i opted for all new parts and they gave me a 24 month 24,000 mile warrenty. Thier customer service is second to none. Do not hesitate to go and hve them work on your car. They are the best in town.

This business doesn`t deserve a rating at all. I wouldn`t refer a blind man to this place. I advise anyone that gets work done there to read the reviews. DO NOT take your car here AT ALL!!! There Guys are a RIP OFF and i am going to report them to the better BBB for sure this is insane and uncalled for the way they do business and it needs to STOP... PLEASE beWARE they are a scam...

I have a 2008 Charger, going on a big trip for the Thanksgiving holiay, and at the last minute started having problems with my car shifting, i called numerous shops and everyone told me i would be needing a transmssion rebuild except for Corey at Accurate Transmission, he told me it could be a rebuild or maybe just something very simple ....so i took it to him, he hooked it up to a computer and discovered it was wha... view moret he called a bad speed sensor...a matter of 30 min, the part was changed and running great!!! There are some great guys work...
There are some great guys working at Accurate Transmissions. I had to have my transmission rebuilt and while it was expensive, talking with some other dealerships, the price was not unreasonable or unexpected. I had to take the car in twice, which was unfortunate. The first time was to rebuild the transmission, this took about 3 days. However, when I got the car back I had a warning light that my engine coolant ... view morewas low even though it was full. I took it back in and Cory worked on the car for another 4 days until I had to leave town and he still could not get it fixed. If I end up back in the area, I will definitely take my car into Accurate for any transmission needs, but it is unfortunate to read that other people have had similar problems with the car not working right after they have it returned. And while I trust Accurate, the difficultly of finding an honest car repair place just convinces me that we should all ride bicycles :)

PLEASE do not take your car he...
PLEASE do not take your car here! About a month ago my moms transmission went out so we took it to Accurate, bad idea. We purchased a transmission and took it here with my moms car so all they had to do was install the transmission. It took a week, and then 2 more trips back up here to plug in sensors that were left unplugged and other small things, but eventually he made it right.
So then a week later my transmissi... view moreon went out. I took it to Corey @ Accurate, VERY BAD IDEA. My husband took the old transmission out of the truck and up to Corey to have him re-build it. He was very quick on the job, so I thought WOW, cool. Droppped it off Monday it was done by Friday early afternoon. We picked up the transmission, my husband went home and out it in, and something wasnt right, so he took it back out of the truck and back to Corey onMonday to be fixed, within a day or two we had the transmission back in the truck and driving, but things were still not right. The day it was ready, I paid $1100 cash, and recieved a 12,000 mile or 12 month warranty for the rebuilt transmission. I took my truck to him and said please fix it, he gave me some crappy story about how the transmission needed to be broke in, and to give it time. There is something very wrong with it, but he is not listening. I cant drive through town at 35 mph because my truck gets stuck between 2 gears and revs really high. The gas mileage has been half of what it was since we took the transmission to him. We are giving him one last chance to fix it right today, he said we could bring it up there and he would look at it, so wish me luck. I will repost to let you know what happens.
Ok people, they have my vehicle again, admitted something was wrond and now he is tearing down the transmission to see exactly what it is after much arguing and insisting it needed to br broke in. Will update when I get the vehicle back.

Very knowledgeable mechanics a...
Very knowledgeable mechanics and helpful through the entire process. They kept me informed the way and explained in great detail all of my issues and even pointed out some I wasnt aware of. I did have them checked out elsewhere and the problems were legit! I would absolutely recommend Accurate and in fact have to several friends and family.

Do not take your car here!!!!!
These guys ""repaired"" my transmission and it broke down immediately. Could never get them to fix it right even though it was under warranty. Will leave your car parked for weeks!!!!!

some customer service????
Well my vehicle has been at Accurate for almost 3 weeks. Just for a new transmission. They guy has not even really tried to call my husband to let him know what was going on with his vehicle. The people that work here are not willing to even try to have any type of customer service. They are through trying to work on another vehicle from my family.
