I guess when they saw an older woman, they saw dollar signs. The manager tried hard to sell me a $50 oil change for my inexpensive car. I knew better. He said that the expensive oil change was recommended for my car. I brought him my owner`s manual and asked him to show where it says that. He couldn`t find it. I finally found that they do offer a less expensive oil change, which I insisted on. I researched wha... view moret he was pushing on me, in Car Craft Magazine. Car Craft did not feel any motor oil was better than the other. I definitely felt they tried to scam me.

Don`t go to this location (they don`t deserve even one star)
We were charged $250 dollars more for a part than what it was worth. Something we would never had known had we not asked them to save the part they replaced.
After confronting them with their mistake (and having price checked the item at other auto service locations, even the dearlership was less than 1/4th the price), no one could explain why we were charged so much and only provided us with a series of sket... view morechy excuses.
No one who had helped us wanted to take responsibility. Finally, we talked to a manager who did well to take care of us. Unfortuately, his dedication to customer service is not refelected in the other employees.
They ultimately refunded us our money only because we had seen the part and made a fuss. No one else would have been the wiser and probably have been charged $250 extra for nothing.

Long waits, slow service
1.5 hour wait for an oil change, while half the workers are standing around. Don`t do state inspections.
