BEWARE - IT IS NOT HIS FAULT- DO NOT USE!!!!

THIS IS NOT A PLACE TO HAVE YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED. I was going out of town and wanted to check everything before I left. 1st I took my car because I heard the brakes squeeking. They kepted my car for several hours to be told that my brakes were fine. The next day I took my truck to have it checked out because I decided that I should not go in the car. The manager called and stated that there was rust in the radi... view moreator and it needed flushing. I called my husband and he said ok. I got the truck back after complaining about them not returning it to me at the time promised. I left on the trip that evening about 7pm and by 1am the transmission was slipping. Put transmission fluid in it and didn`t make it far. I was stranded on the side of the road. I called Bruce at Ken`s tire to let him know what happened - all he could say is it was not his fault that it was my fault. He never offered any help - he just kept saying it is not his fault. The tow-truck guy told me to look at the water in the radiator to see if it was milky - sure enough it was - had to have a transmission and a radiator put in because Ken`s tire did not use their machinery correctly. The mechanic that replace both of these told me what happened and I even confirmed it with another mechanic just to be sure. DO NOT USE KEN`S TIRE ON FAIR ST IN SAN ANTONIO, TX.
