Do not spend money with Cavender
To be fair, this is not a Cavender Body shop issue.
However, while they are most likely not tied to the operations of other Cavender dealerships, they do repair cars which are later sold as ""Certified"".
The Cavender family advertises that ""Confidence is Cavender"", and we were perfectly satisfied up until we discovered our ""Certified"" Range Rover had been wrecked and had never been disclosed.

To make matters worse, the explaination we received was that they ""did not know"" even though they represented the vehicle had been through a complete inspection and a carfax had been reviewed. I guess the inspector forgot to check for the paint work? The vehicle had been repaired by Cavender`s body shop, but it must have been too much trouble to check their own systems after the ""inspector"" did not find the prior damage. Really? Try selling a wrecked vehicle to a dealership and see what comes back - I bet they can find it without the 140 point inspection and I am fairly certain they offer a much lower price for your wrecked trade.
Buyer beware and do not trust what you are ""told"" by anyone at the dealerships.
Lastly, remember the fine looking ""Certified"" vehicle you are paying extra for may very well have been wrecked and it is likely that nobody at the dealership will point this fact out while they are telling how good a ""Certified"" vehicle is and why you should pay extra for the ""confidence""/

MORE THAN A DEALERSHIP
The people at Audi treated me like I was the CEO of their Company. More importantly, their service continued after I purchased the car. They were more interested in getting me the right car, than overselling me. The car that they sold me did everything they claimed when I had a very bad accident. I walked away without a scratch & have Audi to thank. I recommend Audi for their people, dealership, safety & service.
