Ok where to start, well first ...

Ok where to start, well first off i called up this shop and they gave me a really good price and quote, so i took just a part up there to get worked on, and i explained to them that i needed it done as soon as possible, and they said it would only take 1 day 3 tops because it was labor day weekend, so i was ok with that, a week goes by and i dont hear anything from them and cant even get a hold of shawn, and i tell t... view morehem im going out of town, to relay the message to shawn, many times after that they kept taking my number down and saying shawn would get back to me, but nope, didnt hear anything, so i get back in town, and still try to get a hold of him and still nothing, now i finally get a ride to his shop, remind you were on week number 2 since i gave him the part, and i go up there and look whos there shawn, when i called a little earlier and they said he wasnt, so he apologizes to me and explains to me that he couldnt fix my part, but wont charge me for the labor, like he was doing me a favor, and says he is going to have to go to the junk yard that my part is broke(duh). so i give him 3 days to do that and he says when i call that he didnt have the time to go to the junk yard. so overall experience, was the worst i have ever had with a auto repair shop. i dont understand that people think its ok to do business like that, i can see him not being in business for too long he keeps reviews like these up. i would never recommend him to any one, figure it out your self before bringing it to these guys, it just might get done quicker.
