So unprofessional, we were debating between a 4runner and a explorer, sales manager was rude, we know the general manager through a friend and he didn`t help us out, finance manager decided he needed to flirt with customers before getting us to the table, we left. loyal to other brands.

Dishonest place. I negotiated an admittedly great deal on an F-150 at another dealership, which Tomball Ford said they`d honor (original place couldn`t get the color I wanted). After 2 hours of paperwork, etc., they bring me a work-up finance sheet which showed a monthly payment that didn`t jive with the financed amount. They said that since they weren`t making money on the deal, they`d only sell me the truck at t... view morehe agreed-upon price if I also bought an extended service plan and a bunch of other crap, which amounted to $270 per month! Ridiculous.

Service dept

The service department charges $190 for a diagnostic fee and if you do the work they still charge you part of diagnostic fee. What a rip off. Will never bring my vehicle back here. Also check there BBB rating!!!

i recently had to take my car in to be serviced. Service Advisor, James ""JB"" Boyd, provided excellent service. He is a true gentleman..ie kind, curtious, and extremely helpful and totally knowledgeable and effiecient in repair service. My car was repaired very quickly and is running great. Tomball Ford and we as customers are very fortunate to have Mr. Boyd working for us.

Drives Great!

Searched the web for the closest dealership to my house. Contacted Tomball Ford on the internet and was quoted a fair price on a 2011 Mustang. It was nice to deal with a friendly salesman who really listened to what I wanted. When I arrived at the dealership, Brett showed me the car and we took it for a test drive. What a fun car to drive! good experience

Tomball Ford was simply the best experience that I have ever had with a dealer, period. From start to finish I knew exactly where I was, what I was getting, and what I would be paying.I have always leased and have had to take great care with dealers because of hidden costs added on at the end. The finance guy did a great job explaining the loan and warranty information.

I purchased a certified, low mileage, Expedition for my wife. She and the kids love it! Now we have enough room to carpool with other families to soccer and plenty of room for their equipment, too.
