I`ve used Louetta Automotive for oil changes, but recently asked them to also check the brakes on my 2009 Yukon Denali (48K mi). The diagnosis was that I needed new brake rotors and pads for both rear wheels at a cost of ~$700. The manager, implied that the pads were "metal to metal" and the repair was urgent. Given the significant cost, I took the vehicle to the dealership, for a second opinion. I wa... view mores told by the service manager at Beck and Masten that the brakes show only 30% wear, and that no service was needed. It`s unfortunate b/c I had been happy with Louetta Automotive until now. Do yourself a favor and get a second opinion if you get any repair quotes from this repair center.

I was a first time customer and was very satisfied and happy with the service. Dustin was very upfront and gave me a very good proposal. The final price did not deviate from the original. The customer service and friendly attitudes were a welcome siight. Definitely my auto repair shop of choice...

$3400 to fix an AC!!! Don`t go!

They charged me 2300 dollars to repair my AC, when it went out again 5 months later they claimed it was a hose that went bad and caused the system to drain. I contended they should have checked all the AC hoses as part of the previous repair. They charged me another 1100 dollars and covered not a penny under the supposed ""warranty"" of previous work. Worst experience - Cost $2000 to fix what they messed up

Went in to have power steering problem fixed. They repaired per service bulletin, but filled and charged me for Premium PS fluid. Service bulletin said in bold :""DONOT USE PS FLUID"" They said transmission solenoid was leaking; it wasn`t. They replaced it with non-OEM unit, not tuned to the transmission. Result was needing to have a new torque converter and other things fixed from their bad flush method. BIG TIME RIP-OFF at 11930 Louetta Rd

In May `09 I took my car for State Inspection. They showed me I needed new windshield wipers, which I agreed to. Aprox 3 weeks later when it rained, they seem like they were worse than my old wipers. I never said anything. Then about 3 months later, while having an oil change, they told me I needed new wipers. After I told them that I was just charged for new wipers 3 months ago, they stated they would replace them. ... view more In Dec `08, I took my wifes` car in for alighment, after hitting a curb, & buying 2 new tires,which I told them about & to carefully ck over the car. Supposedly they did. Now 2 yrs later, & the same 2 tires needed replacing due to bad alignment.. But they proceeded to tell me that I needed new bolts in order to align the car, for $550.00. I took the car to Lexus for alignment & they had no problem aligning the car.

RIP OFF!!!

I took my vehicle in for an ac repair and dealt with Craig. I should have walked out the moment I noticed they were having a conflict with another customer at that time. Long story short they had my vehicle for a week, the ac was not repaired, and I was still expected to pay them. I should have just left my money on the counter when I first got there and left. FIRSTCLASS ALL THE WAY

BEEN GOING THERE SINCE IT OPENED ALMSOST 8 YEARS NOW! I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TREATED FAIRLY AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE WORK. EVERYONE ONLY WANTS TO SPEAK OUT WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM. ID LIKE TO SAY THANK YOU TO LOUETTA FOR KEEPING MY CARS RUNNING SAFELY OVER THE YEARS.

What a rip-off

I took my car in for a engine repair and had them fix my window at the same time. When I left the repair shop my door handle broke. It appears to me that they broke my door handle when they were fixing my window. They completely denied liability and told me I would have to pay for the part to be fixed myself.
