Recently my truck`s windshield...

Recently my truck`s windshield had to be replaced and i needed mobile service so I called Thad Z `cause I`ve dealt with them for almost 30 years (mostly for residential glass tops, pix frame glass, etc) and they`ve always done great work for me; therefore, it made sense to have them work on my truck. The windshield looks great, same as/better than new and one can`t tell it has ever been replaced. I highly recommend Thad Ziegler for all your glass needs if you want reasonable pricing and great work.

This company does not operate ...

This company does not operate with integrity...they overcharge. They take advantage of the elderly. If they give you an estimate and call them the same day to tell them you found another vendor so no thank you, they will pretend the call never existed (although we have phone records to prove it), rudely threaten to charge you for orders you did not make (in our case an 80 year old woman) and we will be filing with th... view moree BBB. Sadly we were unaware of their reputation until it was too late and they had taken my elderly mother for a ride, cammed her out of money and were more expensive (by 44%) than anther vendor. Don`t trust!

Worth it

I had to get my driver`s side window replaced before work; they completed the job in about 45 min, and for less than the original quote. I would use them again.

24 hour glass replacement....HA!

Their ad plainly states 24 hour glass replacement. That is a total lie. I called and they only replace glass Monday thru Friday during normal business hours. FIX YOUR AD LIARS!!!! Who can trust somebody that starts their contact with you off with a lie? I can`t and I won`t. I will NEVER use your service because of this.
