Great customer service!

Told us of problems with our car and gave an explanation why they couldn`t do an alignment with our car and couldn`t flush the radiator. Our car had problems.

Gave us an estimate on how much it would cost to have some of the problems fixed (the ones they could do).

Gave accurate time estimatation for service.

Good prices!

Good location... close to home and c... view morelose to target, ross, best buy, payless, chicfila, subway, and other stores in the shopping center. I was able to walk over and eat and browse while waiting for my car to work on.

They have a nice wating room, with several chairs and even toys for children to play with if your wait is short or do just don`t want to walk over to the shopping center.

The Best Place in San Antonio

I spent all day calling around all four of our tires where in horrible condition and our battery was dead and tires needed an allignment. I called this location they were so polite game me their best opinions and of course the top three for your money not being overly expensive. We called an hour before they closed to see if they could do it they asked if we could do a split service we said that was fine. We got the... view morere quicker than expected they all greeted us very nice and made she we understood everything. We even forgot to stop at an atm and one of the workers ran us to an atm. They took one look at our car and decided it was not leaving the shop until it was alligned it was a hazard to us to drive another hour or day without it fixed. They got it in right away and started working out it. Our son was very content with the play area so time flew by for us. These guys stayed open 30 mintues longer to make sure our car was fixed and safe for us to drive and ALL of them were very polite to us all. I am so pleased about this company I will recommend them to everyone in the future. And FYI I called other locations and these guys had the best deal buy 3 tires get one free with balance, allignment, and a battery it was less then $600. Go to these guys for your car needs they are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
