After my accident I had my car
After my accident I had my car done/fixed at trikin out trucks. They were GREAT, very friendly ,and understanding. Their customer service was fantastic they had all my repairs done perfect for me the next day. Even after I left my car there for x amount of days, they worked with me and still made it possible for me to get my car back. I strongly suggest this business for anyone!

Top Notch Customer Service
We have been using this company for all of our car repairs, oil changes, etc. for several years, We have referred several of our friends and family to them as well. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy and are always willing to work you into their busy schedule. Although no company is free from issues, I have yet to experience anything but a positive outcome.

RUN AWAY
We bought this car with a salvage title. It was in a front end collision on the passenger?ˆ™s side that cut the wiring harness causing the insurance company to total the car. The fender on that side was damaged, but the frame was fine. The car had been checked by Honda and the Highway Patrol and given a clean bill of health after the repairs were made. In May 2011, while in Texas, my car was hit by a speeding driver t... view morehe removing the entire front end. The car was taken to Trikin?ˆ™Out?ˆ™Trucks for repairs by the tow truck driver. When I got home to California, my husband noticed many problems and called the insurance company. The bottom line is that the car was not repaired properly and as a result, the insurance company deemed the car a total loss. Keep in mind, the car was deemed a total loss from the improper repairs done to it, not from the accident. he car was taken to three repair shops here for an estimate on the repairs of the repairs and was appraised by the insurance adjuster. All of which agreed that Trikin?ˆ™Out?ˆ™Trucks did not know what they were doing or how to work on Honda?ˆ™s in general. The first sign of trouble was when my husband touched the front emblem and it fell off in his hand. It never had any fasteners in the back of it to attach it into place. The horns and wiring harness were supposed to be behind the bumper, but instead they were rewired to be behind the radiator with no support ties to prevent them from falling into the fan. It was amazing that nothing happened on the trip across the country. When I picked up the car, they told me that the airbag light was still on but they had run it though there computer tester and everything was fine and the system would most likely reset on my way across the country. I was later told that this is never the case for any car. The mechanics said that this is normal for front end accidents and that it is standard procedure to replace both the seat belt tension controls and the computer control. On the inside, the cover for the transmission release was missing, along with my front license plate. None of which were ever found. Trikin?ˆ™Out?ˆ™Trucks charged the insurance for replacing my windshield washer reservoir and never replaced it. In fact, when I went to put water inside, it leaked everywhere. Trikin?ˆ™Out?ˆ™Trucks said that they would send me a check to replace it, but it was never sent. The largest example of gross neglect was the entire front end alignment. They had tried to tell me that the last person to repair the front end and done so incorrectly. In fact, the first person had done it correctly. Trikin?ˆ™Out?ˆ™Trucks decided to do it to their specification and not to Honda specifications. Because of this the entire front frame was not pulled into the correct position and none of the body panels fit with proper alignment. All of the mechanics and the insurance adjuster basically laughed when they saw the car. When my attorney contacted Trikin?ˆ™Out?ˆ™Trucks, whey basically told him that they did the work the insurance company told them to do, and oh well; it was a salvage title before hand so who cares (not in those words of course but you get the idea). What really happened is that they told the insurance company what needed to be done to restore it to pre-accident condition and the insurance company did agreed and allow them to do those repairs. They just did not know what they were doing. Much to my attorney?ˆ™s chagrin, we decided not to pursue legal action as we don?ˆ™t have the time or patience to carry on a cross country legal battle. I was told that the insurance company has now put them on a do-not-use list. The goal of this is to make sure that everyone knows what this company really does when repairing a car. I have been trying to handle this for almost a year now and am done. If you want to take your truck to them for a pretty paint job, there are many others out there that do pretty paint jobs as well. If you want your car fixed, run away.

Screwing Up Trks is a better fit
I went to Trickin Out Trucks to have work done to my car. I have to say that it was the worst expierence that I have ever had with any business. Just like the others that post complaints I was also told I would pay one price and charged something much higher after the fact. If you dont pay the new price you wont get your property back. I was also cursed at and told my car was a piece of %$#&. After Trickin Out Trucks... view more finished with my car it was in ten times worst condition then when I took it to them. For example, Trickin Out Trucks changed my entire frame. When the new frame was installed only 4 of the approx 14 body mounts were put back on the frame. There were also several other parts missing, or installed incorrect. This created several other problems with my car. Also when I told them I wanted every gasket changed on my engine they said it will be two thousand dollars. I paid the money and found out later that they only changed the 5 main gaskets. I saw the engine and trans out of my car and hanging up so that they can only change the five main gaskets. My car still leaked oil. After it was to late for me to get my money back I witnessed several customers enter into that shop very unhappy. I wont say names, but the owner of this shop is a real crook. I am happy to say that after Trickin Out Trucks screwed me out of several thousands of dollars I found another shop called Marcustoms. His shop is on Humble Westfielf Rd. The Trickin Out Trucks owner im sure will disagree, but if you want great customer service, and great work, go to Marcustoms.

Great People, Work looks awesome, NO ISSUES!
Had my car recently repaired here after an accident and everyone was very professional and all work was done as promised. They even went as far as to detail my entire car before I picked it up! I showed up to pick up the car and it was sitting out front of the door looking like it was brand new. I will be a return customer for the years to come and tell everyone I know about how great the work was and how wonderful i... view more was treated!

Us `kids` have something to say.
The ""kids"" that walked into the unprofessional building came in calmly asking For the Customers money back. After us ""kids"" said ""she will like to take it to Her dealership to someone who specialize in that sort of work."" The ""manager"" And I guess his ""Lady"" got upset and start yelling because I guess us ""kids"" Offended them! Lol! Now who sound like the ""kids"" to me! First off let me Start by ... view moresaying. I was helping a friend. This was a paying customer. I`m Extremely sorry for saying she would like to take her car to a dealership. I Didn`t know it would make you angry. I thought at the time that I was talking to Adults. Second I feel like this you are in a business and you can`t handle People thinking bad in something that you don`t even specialize in. That`s pathetic! You get all mad like a little baby saying ""get the F out of my shop"" because someone`s against you ! To me if you are a real business man you wouldn`t of handle it the way you and your lady did. You would`ve greeted us as we walked into your business and you would`ve handle the situation a whole lot Better. Instead of cursing and saying how much money you make ! Lol ! I laugh at People like you because you talk like you have it all figured out. Truth is, When you look in the mirror you know what it really is ! If you honestly have Real money, it will not fold! I mean that`s the type of money I`m used to Seeing, and if you was a true business man and women despite. If we came at you Guys the wrong way or not you are still suppose to keep it calm. Because by the end of the day it?ˆ™s nothing personal its business ! And as for you calling me and the young man that was with me ""Kids"" that`s fine. But you know nothing about us and I`m absolutely positive we are living better than you are. We may look young but I call that a blessing, because we don`t age as fast like you and your lady do. Lol ! But yeah hopefully you learn how to conduct yourself in a complex Manner the next time someone disagrees with your work. Stop taking everything so personal. With the yelling and name calling. You are a man ! have a great Weekend! Ps: the reason I say you don`t specialize in that type of work, because when I went to your face book page I see you all design art work on cars. Not to much on fixing them. And let me say you guys are talented in that Department. Leave the fixing cars to the dealerships!

HELPING customers isn`t always a good idea!
This woman came in to find out why her door wouldn`t open. As ALL shops including dealerships we charge a $75.00 diagnose fee. We diagnosed the problem and ordered the part from ""the dealership"" which was a special order part and they told us the part would be in Wednesday or Thursday. The customer had to rent a car so when the part hadn`t arrived come Thursday we told her we would try to just fix the door for her... view more (for FREE). We were able to fix the door and she came in Friday to pick up her vehicle. She called when she got home stating the door wasn`t working again so we told her bring it back up there so we could look at it (mind you the special order part still had not arrived so we were trying to HELP the customer). About 20 minutes later a young guy and girl came in threw down the receipt and stated ""we want our $75 back so we can take our car to the dealership and get it fixed by someone who knows what they are doing"". Totally caught off guard we then got into a verbal confrontation after asking these ""kids"" to leave numerous times. Finally the actual customer came in and was surprised to find all they yelling going on. We then decided to call the cops to have these kids removed from our property (not the customer). These are the kind of people who ruin chances for other people to get help. Oh and FYI the cops that came were actual customers of ours LOL. They told you what YOU wanted to hear! Have a GREAT Memorial weekend!

Unprofessional
I would say THE most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with...I would have to agree with the above that they half-ass jobs. I made the mistake of going for convenience instead of going to the dealership...just say I had to spend double because left with what I thought was fixed was broke again within the hour. What happened to the customer is always right? Not with these folks, you are likely to get cussed out... view more and sent packing out the door because they are the ones that are right. Now that is unprofessional. You don`t fix the problem and can`t even get your money back or the car looked at again. Yeah, I hate to call anyone crooks but personally they may be. Infact, I wasn`t even given a phone number for the business and they didn`t keep me abreast of the work and I had to keep calling once I got the number. No paper work. Nothing. Parts supposedly ordered but never came so they rigged the dang gone repair and it lasted literally all of 30 minutes when I drove away from the business. Messed up. Go to your dealer. Advice from the cops they called on us! lol!!

Update:

First off if you are in business, ""helping customers"" is what you do and that is a ridiculous statement. Secondly, if the cops were your customers, bless you, because one said you were not professionals and the other said that wasn`t the first time the police had to be called to your establishment. However, I would like to say that after lost money for a week with my car sitting in limbo at this shop waiting on a part that apparently was never order, my dealership fixed it within two hours. The moral of this story people is hard lesson learned. Yes, it sounds nice to say only money was spent on a diagnostic test but that doesn`t account for a week rental car and then having to pay again to actually get it fixed. My dealership said the work done by Trikin Out Trucks was a mess inside my door when it was opened up and screws were missing and not replaced. Absolutely ridiculous! If you ""help"" people, you don`t leave them worse off than they started out. However, your post did you more damage than either of the negative reviews, because no one who is customer oriented would make a statement such as ""helping customers"" does not pay! Utter foolishness.
