Poor customer service

My car has been there for 10 weeks. I went there to pick it up and noticed that one of the dents was not repaired completely. The guy that helped me (don`t know his name but he`s the guy in the office that`s not Phil) told me that the dent could be fixed. I asked him why it wasn`t fixed if they could fix it, he yelled "THE F#CK IF I KNOW! I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS CAR!" I will never use this place again... view more!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR OR TRUCK...

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR OR TRUCK HERE. I brought my truck in for scratches because it had been keyed. They were a good price and told me it would take a week (5 days) and to bring it in on monday (it was thursday the week before when i went up there) so i would have in on friday and have it for the weekend. They NEVER called me that week i called friday and they said it wont be ready today it will be ready monday. Mon... view moreday came I CALLED they didnt call me, and again it was not ready they said again tuesday but most likely wednesday. Wednesday I CALLED again and it was finally ready. i went to pick it up and the car inside and out was very dirty. there was no body damage so i wondered why the inside was dirty when all they were doing was painting. Then i look at the other side (pass side) and they didnt even take the scratches out on that side, nothing was done. They didnt even say sorry just we will get to it when we can. Now its friday (two weeks for scratches) I CALLED again and it is still not ready and when i asked what was taking so long and how long it would be he quickly got off the phone with me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!
