Bill`s in Copperas Cove has helped me keep a few older vehicles on the road and helped me keep them safe too. My son has taken my 87 and my 97 to him anytime I need work done that I can not do it due to travel. I always get all my state inspections done here.

Go Anywhere Else

I took my car in for repair and I didn`t agree with the diagnosis that I needed a new Engine. I went to pick the car up and it hadn`t been put back together. Engine parts were on the floor of the car. Then I made the terrible mistake of voicing my dissatisfaction in front of other customers and the `owner` (I think) began yelling at me and cursing at me and came toward me to the point where the lady behind the desk ... view morestepped in front of him. I towed the car to another shop where they replaced a gasket and now it is running great. I wanted to rate them zero bu it won`t let me. This place could improve by providing accurate diagnoses of repairs needed. Also, if the employees or employer has no people skills, have them stay away from customers.

Unfair Fees

I stopped in for an alignment and set the basic parameters for the &amp;quot;you don`t do anymore then what I ask without consulting with me first conversation.&amp;quot; Eventually, I was told that if any worn or broken parts prevent them from completing the alignment I would be charged 40 bucks if I did not have them fix the parts. Furthermore, I do not believe I would had been told this unless I specific... view moreally asked. After asking for my keys back and explaining that this fee seemed too high, I was given subtle attitude. Based on my experience, go somewhere else.
