WONDERFUL Wrecker Service!!!!!
My daughter was in a bad situation late one night on a dark county road in Alvin. She had bent two rims on her car and being young didn`t know what to do....after finding out ....I felt the best thing was to call a wrecker then deal with the rims the next day. Lance one of the owners drivers was on the scence within 20 minutes of my call. He was very professional and helpful.
The next day I hunted all over Hous... view moreton for the rims unable to locate any for her car local. We resorted to getting the rims fixed at a machine shop. The owner Arnold Shimek took my dauthers rims off of her car for us and the next day when they had been repaired, Arnold had his employees put them back on her car for us.
We were charged a towing fee of course, but all the extra help we received was from the goodness of their hearts. I am soooo blessed to have found such good people working and running this wrecker service. I have recommended them to everyone I know. We all know that wrecker services aren`t always very caring. This one.....is not in that category
Thanks Arnold Shimek for being such a wonderful person in a time of frustration.

They never showed up
I called them when I broke down on a busy highway only 3 miles out of Alvin. They told me they would be to me in 20 minutes. After 2 hours I called them back and they told me they got a Police call and that takes first place even though the call came in after my call. I asked them how much longer and they said another 1 hour. That was going to be 3 hour total wait and I told them to forget it and I called someone els... view moree.
