I go into Texas Trailer Man today, there is no-one in the small showroom area but the owner Bill is at his desk typing. I say hi and Bill says?ˆ?I?ˆ™ll be with you in a minute; I?ˆ™m in the middle of writing an e-mail?ˆ? No problem I say. So I wonder around the little showroom until I have looked at everything in the place. I?ˆ™m standing there quietly waiting while he keeps typing. At this point the wait is so long and it?ˆ™s o... view morenly me and him in the office it starts to feel awkward. Finally he stops typing but picks up a pen and starts to write. I figure he?ˆ™s making some final notes and is finally going to ask how he can help. He writes for a while but then starts typing again. The whole time he never looks at me. I?ˆ™ve been standing there at least 4 or 5 minutes. So I reach out and get one of Bill?ˆ™s business cards and say I?ˆ™ll just call you in a little while. Very rudely Bill says what is it that you want that is such a hurry?! I?ˆ™m shocked and before I can answer he says ?ˆ?if you can wait about 3 minutes I?ˆ™ll be with you?ˆ? again I?ˆ™m shocked and I say you want me to stand here for three more minutes? No thanks, never mind. Now Bill is really angry and demanding to know what I want and I?ˆ™m just trying to leave. But I don?ˆ™t get out the door before he barks at me ?ˆ?A**hole!?ˆ? Wow, I?ˆ™ve never experienced customer service like that before
