My husband and I went to Don Davis to purchase a 2012 Dodge Charger. We knew exactly what we wanted and could afford, we advised Theo of the 5 features that were a must, one of which was navigation system. Theo Davis worked to find us a match and presented us with a MSRP sheet that featured all but one of our ?ˆ?must have?ˆ? features. Willing to comprise on the one feature that could be added after market, we made t... view morehe deal. Needless to say, after the delayed delivery of our vehicle, we received a car with NO navigations system. We spoke with the manager, Eddie Elqutob regarding the matter, who basically stated that we must have ?ˆ?thought?ˆ? the navigation system was featured on the MSRP sheet but was not? When in fact, we reviewed the MSRP sheet that Theo presented in detail and checked off the features on the sheet? ? Stay Away!!!!

Once the sale is over Don Davis FORGETS all about you. I have had my new truck in twice for the same two problems. They found the issues and ""fixed"" them only to have the problems return a few days later. I get to rent a car at my expense again while they are attemping to find the problem, again. I can not afford a Ford due to the rental car bills!!!
